The apartment is on the 1st floor of our house. From the wrap-around balcony you have a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. The apartment has 3 double bedrooms - 1 of which has an additional sofa bed - for max. 7 people3 bathrooms and a spacious kitchen-living room. Please note: IN ADDITION TO THE RENT €125 FINAL CLEANING is incurred and that the tourist tax of €2.60 per adult (children up to the age of 15 years of age are free) is to be paid in cash directly on site. Beautiful apartment in the mountains with great views of three ski resorts in the Zillertal. Two bedrooms & a sofa bed offer enough space for 6 people in this spacious accommodation. Private terrace on the sunny side with barbecue facilities. Underfloor heating and a barrier-free shower ensure a comfortable living environment. The Distelberg is known for beautiful hikes & tours by bike, as well as refreshments. We are happy to provide a high chair & a crib.

A nest to feel good

You will stay on the second floor and have two floors. On each floor we have a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the upper floor there is also a bathtub waiting for you. The balconies have a southwest orientation for a magnificent view and plenty of sunshine. A parquet floor ensures a pleasant atmosphere and you can use a Swedish stove as a cozy highlight. Two flat-screen TVs in the bedrooms are self-evident. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.

Haus Rosenheim

I am renting a cozy apartment for 2 people with the possibility of an extra bed or crib (max. 3 people). The apartment has a spacious living area with fully equipped kitchen, TV with sofa and a large bathroom with shower and toilet. Included in the price are Wi-Fi and a parking space on the premises. Directly in front of the quietly situated Haus Rosenheim, the ski or village bus that takes you directly to the mountain railway or to the center of Mayrhofen.

Unterlechenhof N

The "Unterlehenhof N" holiday flat is located in a traditional mountain farm in Zell am Ziller and offers direct access to the ski slopes. The 50 m² accommodation consists of a well-equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher & dining area, 2 bedrooms (the 2nd bedroom is located outside the flat across the hallway) and a bathroom, thus offering space for 5 people. The amenities also include high-speed WiFi and satellite TV. A baby cot is available on request.

Haus Hotter

Mit einem schönen Ausblick über Zell am Ziller liegt unser Haus in einer kleinen Siedlung am Gerlosberg. In wenigen Gehminuten ist das Dorfzentrum von Zell auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Apartment liegt im Erdgeschoss unseres Hauses und verfügt über einen separaten Haupteingang zur Wohnung. Die Bushaltestelle (im Winter auch der Skibus) befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. Ansonsten ist die Talstation mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten erreichbar.

Apart Hanna

Die Unterkunft ist zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Sie befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und hat einen seperaten Eingang. Unser Haus liegt auf einer Anhöhe oberhalb von Ramsau und gehört zu Hainzenberg. Am Fuße der Anhöhe sind zahlreiche Geschäfte und Bushaltestellen. Zu Fuss sind das ca. 300 Meter. Im Winter fährt von hier aus auch der Skibus zur Horbergbahn und zur Zillertal Arena.
