Cozy villa in beautiful surroundings

We offer our newly renovated villa of 190m2. The villa is perfectly located on the property with many outdoor spaces where there is always the opportunity to find peace. The villa has four bedrooms and two bathrooms with a bathroom. There is therefore room for 2 small families. There is room for 4 growing and 4-5 children in the villa. There are new Samsung TVs in both the living room and multi-room and free internet throughout the house. Via trails you can get to the water in 10 minutes on foot and shopping in 7 minutes.

Spacious villa with great kid-friendly garden

Bring the whole family to this amazing home with lots of room for fun and coziness. There is a lovely garden with plenty of opportunity for play. There is a trampoline, playhouse, mud kitchen, and sandbox for children. The horses walk in the field straight up the garden. There are lots of games and things for creative play indoors. A real family oasis. Small Hypoallergenic dog is allowed to bring. There are several lovely beaches, great restaurants, and an active city life. Kerneland beach is about 15 km. From the house.

There is a large kitchen-living room, fully equipped and a large living room with space for coziness by the fireplace, in front of the TV, a game, or a book. There are 4 bedrooms, and 2 nice bathrooms. The forest frames the garden on both sides and has sea views. We have both deck chairs, hammocks, garden furniture, and a fire pit. we stayed for 1 week in this house with our 2 children aged 4 and 7. What a great experience! the house was very practically furnished, very child-friendly and very well maintained. Everything we needed was present and more. We felt very much at home in this cozy stay. Lea always responded quickly and adequately. Welcome was warm; there was an extensive letter with explanations, tips and instructions. Highly recommended in this beautiful region, and with a family with young children!

Brian is super organized and has a fantastic property. From swing, trampoline, private lake with rowing boat, billiards, foosball, table tennis and a huge forest, everything is there for young and old. The house is surrounded by greenery, it is very idyllic. The nearest town with supermarket, bakery etc. is about 12 minutes away. Sleeps 8, as well as a fold-out sofa and additional mattresses on the floor.

Really nice and cozy home where that was clean and in order. Even the two cats behaved nicely and found themselves in our stay. We felt welcome and there was nothing to postpone at all on the lease. All agreements were complied with and Nicoline answered all inquiries. Definitely recommend.

We stayed for six nights and had a superb time staying at Hameds' place. Our two boys had plentiful toys and room to play. We felt right at home during our stay and we went to different places. We could really rest and kickback after a long day at Legoland or other places of interest we went to. We wil sure return to Kolding and hopefully stay at this wonderful house. Many thanks to Hamed and his family for their hospitality.
