Covered terrace for rainy days and a large wooden terrace where the sunset can be enjoyed in the summer. There is a short distance to a good beach and nature area. If you like fishing, you can go out and catch sea trout, as well as other fish species.

The sandy beach is only 200m down the hill and the paved road and 100m behind the house you will find a natural forest with hilly trails.
