Føns is the place where there have always been people

Log house! A real cottage/vacation home, where it exudes grandmotherly coziness! No TV or internet, but lots of books and games (there is a good 4G connection). It is cozy when the wood stove is lit, the house can also be heated with the heat pump, heating can be started before arrival. 200 meters down to Fønsvig, where there is a beach, as well as a small bathing jetty, where you can just grab a morning dip. If you like fishing, you can go out and catch sea trout, as well as other fish species.

The location is close to the sea and sandy beach - with a view of the forrest and fields belonging to the protected manor house Hagenskov. A perfect place to explore the local foods and nature of Fyn, Helnæs, Faaborg and Assens. Relax in front of the fireplace outside in the evening - and explore the nature on bikes or by foot in the daytime. We will be happy to guide you.

Marielund: A scenic farmhouse by the beach

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

Hejsager Strand - summer house

Lovely little cottage at Hejsager Strand for rent. The cottage consists of 3 bedrooms with a total of 7 beds + 1 baby bed (one double bed, one bed 140 cm wide + bunk bed, one bunk bed 70 cm wide), kitchen/living room and bathroom. The cottage is located on a closed road about 400 meters from the beach. The cottage is for max 4 adults and 3 children + baby. The house was built in 2016 - brand new with a lovely decor as seen in the pictures.
