Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Hacımemiş Mahallesi

We enjoyed our stay very much. Polyxeni was very friendly and supportive. We could even bring our cats. It's a great place to stay, nearby the beach (5 min by foot) and the town is also not far. We will come back.

Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν υπεράνω κάθε προσδοκίας. Από την πρώτη στιγμή νοιώσαμε άνετα στον χώρο και εξαιρετικά οικεία με την ιδιοκτήτρια. Οτιδήποτε θελήσαμε από πλευράς καταλύματος το είχαμε και με το παραπάνω. Μόνο θετικά σχόλια έχουμε για την Πόλυ και το κατάλυμα.

Μια εξαιρετική επιλογή για την πόλη της Χίου! Η τοποθεσία είναι στην καρδιά της πόλης, το διαμέρισμα είναι όπως στις φωτογραφίες, ευρύχωρο και δεν του λείπει τίποτα για μια άνετη διαμονή. Ο χώρος ήταν καθαρός, προσεγμένος και η επικοινωνία με την Γεωργία άμεση. Θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά !

Bina yeni, yüksek tavanlı, aydınlıktı. Temiz ve ferahtı. Fiziksel olanaklar iyiydi. Tekrar kalmayı düşüneceğim bir yerdi. Sadece bu ev ile ilgili değil, ama muhit geneli konaklama ücreti yüksek. Daha uygun olabilir.

Merkezi konumda, restorant ve barlara yakın mesafede. Caddeye sıfır konumda olduğundan geceleri bazen araç sesi gelebiliyor, uykunuz hafifse rahatsız olabilirsiniz. Bizim için bir sorun olmadı. Kısa süreli konaklamalar için gayet yeterli bir daire. Balkonu manzarası mütiş. 100/100

Niko’nun yeri muhteşem. Limana 15 dakika mesafede, yolu güzel. Gittiğimizde bizi karşıladı ve valizleri taşımamıza yardımcı oldu. Odaya girer girmez sıcaklığı hissediyorsunuz. Ev çok temizdi ve çarşaflar mis gibi kokuyordu. İçine yeni tadilat yapılmış, her şey çok kullanışlıydı. Niko bizim için yedek havlu ve çarşaf bırakmıştı. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Denize yirmi adım yürüyerek ve balkon manzarası müthiş. En büyük artısı da özel otoparkının olması. Araç kiralamam içinde yardımcı oldu. Keşke bu yere sonsuz yıldız verebilsem. Her şey için çok teşekkürler Niko 🤍 En yakın zamanda tekrar görüşmek üzere. Seni özleyeceğiz.

Our stay at Sissy’s place was amazing. First day of our trip, I was ill and didn’t feel well. I requested an early check-in due to my condition and she immediately arranged it. When we enter the home, there were so many little details that Sissy prepared for us. A bottle of wine, fresh fruits, different kinds of coffees, breakfast snacks and welcome cookies. The linens were very clean and smelled so good. She was responsive and quick every time I asked her a question. Thanks for everything again, it was such a lovely stay and hope to meet you again. +The location is fantastic, it’s in the heart of the city and walking distance to the everywhere in downtown.

Keyifle ve huzurla konakladık. Nurullah bey her ihtiyacımızda hızlıca dönüp çözüm üretti. Ev çok temiz ve ihtiyacımız olan her şey mevcuttu. Çevresi çok güzel doğa içinde, yürüyüşler yapabileceğiniz, gün batımını izleyebileceğiniz keyifli bir ev ve dekorasyonuna bayıldık ☺️ Hayvan dostu olmaları da çok büyük artı, her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz tekrar konaklamayı çok isteriz ☺️

The host was amazing he communicated and helped with directions The house was very clean and well organised we did heaps of cooking with enough pots pans and cutlery The best part was to be able to walk to the shops restaurants The bedroom were all with an ensuite which made it very private Thank you

Semra was extremely helpful, gave recommendations and responsive to any queries. Home was clean, tidy and exactly as in pictures. Garden lovely too. The tiny local shop had lots of amazing fruit and veg and we felt like they began to know our daily trips. We will return.

Erol beye nasil tesekkur edecegimi bilmiyorum, ev fazlasi ile temiz, fazlasi var eksigi yok, ev resimlerden kesinlikle daha guzel,ev disarisinda kucuk bir kaza atlattik yardimini esirgemedi bizden sagolsun, tek sikintimiz arabamiz olmadigi icin ve ev Şifne bolgesinde oldugu icin biz biraz ulasimda sorun yasadik , buraya kesinlikle arac ile gelinmeli, hersey icin cok cok tesekkur ederiz, cok keyifli bir hafta gecirdik.

Cesme is a nice village next to Alacati and near a lot of beautiful beaches. The village itself is charming and lively. The house is in the old city center and has the charme of the typical old houses that has been recently renovated. Parking is not obvious at first but it is not super difficult at the end. No airconditioning

Dairemiz harika bir konumdaydı, yürüyerek iki dakika kadar kısa bir sürede kendimizi denizde bulduk. Klimalar şahaneydi, açtığımız an ortamı serinletti. Apartman çevresinde harika mağazalar vardı. Ev sahibimiz Elif son derece kibar ve nazikti. Konaklamaktan çok memnun olduk, yolumuz buraya bir daha düştüğünde kesinlikle burada kalacağız. Teşekkürler

I was very happy with Mustafa`s place. It was very tidy and clean. The place had everything I needed. I stayed for four nights with a friend of mine for a highschool renunion dinner in Cesme. His place is 5 minutes away from restaurants and stores. Very easy to get to. The bus from Izmir dropped me off on main street, very close to the apartment. I walked for one or two minutes to get to the place. There are supermarkets nearby (2 minute walk) for food shopping and basic needs. The place had an A/C, TV, iron, hairdryer, working electric stove, big size fridge, electric kettle to heat water, plates, pots/pans, silverware etc. We had everything we needed. It was very quiet and peaceful. Mustafa was very friendly, kind and helpful from first communication until we left. Can`t thank him enough for the pleasant experience I had. I will be back! :)

Tayfun bey son derece dost canlısı birisi. Daire, Ilıca plaja araçla 5 dakikalık mesafede. BIM, A101 ve ŞOK marketler eve çok yakın. Çocuklu aileler icin mükemmel kullanışlı daire. Evde yok yok. Her türlü baharat, mutfak eşyası kqp, kacak vb fazlasıyla var. Mutfak fotoğraftakinden cok daha güzel. Yeni sıfır mobilya ve ankastre var. Mutfak harikaydi. Tv de bedava netflix de seyrettik. Evimizde gibi hissettik. Hiç tereddüt etmeden kiralayabilirsiniz.

The best place to stay in Chios! The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The atmosphere was amazing, and the host’s kindness and hospitality made us feel right at home. Thank you for your great recommendations and care. We would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

This is our second year staying here and we love it. Perfect for peace and quiet and right next to the sea. The accommodation has everything we need and the hosts Rena and Nikos are very friendly and helpful. The beach bar is five minutes walk if you want sun loungers and drinks and snacks, and Komi is 20 mins walk for restaurants, bars and a more vibrant beach. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay.

Στο καλύτερο σημείο της πόλης ,κοντά στο λιμάνι κ τα μαγαζιά ,δεν χρειάζεται μεταφορικό μέσο για να φτάσεις στο κέντρο,μεγάλο κ καθαρό διαμέρισμα !

Stelios çok iyi bir ev sahibi. Evin bahçesi çok huzur verici. Çok temiz, düzenli ve herşeyi içeren bir ev. Etraf sessiz, sakin ve huzur verici. Yürüyerek şehir merkezine gidilebilir. Araba ile gidilirse park hiç sorun değil. Stelios çok yardımcı ve yönlendirici oldu. Kendisine tekrardan teşekkür ederim. Kalmayı düşünenlere kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Herşey çok güzeldi. Keyifli bir tatil geçirdik. Çıkış saati konusunda gösterdiği anlayış için çok teşekkür ederiz 🥰 evde kahve makinesi vardı ama kettle olsa daha mutlu olurduk….

Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei und sehr hilfreich. Die Wohnung ist genauso wie auf den Bildern beschrieben und vom Balkon aus hat man eine tolle Aussicht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Ein Mietwagen ist sehr hilfreich und die Wohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.
