Jeff was very responsive. The space is nice and quaint. It has a stove but no oven. The back house is private.

We stayed at Jingmin's place in Hacienda Heights for 6 nights, and it was such a great experience. The space was super clean, quiet, and very private. It had a cute little stove stocked with everything you'd need, and it felt really safe and secure. Jingmin was kind and responsive, always helpful but never intrusive. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfy, and the place had all the little extras that made it feel like home. If you're looking for a cozy, comfortable stay with thoughtful touches, this is the spot!

This was a very welcoming .. quiet .. safe place to stay David really sis a nice job creating a comfortable bnb that not only was close to everything .. it was spotless .. the bed was probably one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in .. a nice parking space right in the driveway .. made this place a perfect stay for me .. it’s a small place .. but it’s absolutely perfect and the listed price is more then fair … Street parking can be a hassle that’s why I give this place 5stars .. the shower water was nice and hot .. the kitchen has everything you need .. A very nice bnb in a safe area .. thank you David
