The 109 sqm of living space are distributed over two bedrooms, a separate TV room, the spacious living-dining room with fully equipped kitchen, hallway, bathroom on the first floor with large sauna and the second bathroom on the upper floor. Two storage rooms offer enough space for bicycles, skis and everything that is bulky. One of the highlights: The large roof terrace with lake view!

Our stylish cottage is located in one of the most beautiful places on Lake Edersee. From the spacious property, a breathtaking panoramic view over the water and the surrounding forests of the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park opens up. Here you really live directly on the lake – not just "near the lake".

There are many places on the shared courtyard (4 other parties live permanently on the courtyard) to unwind, read or have a meal. The cottage is bright and looks spacious for a half-timbered house. Hiking and biking trails start right at the entrance to the mill. It's hardly possible to be in the countryside any faster!
