Welcome to ARTEna, our small apartment in Kassel. The apartment is 39 square meters and faces north. Through the large window fronts in the living-dining room, the room is flooded with light and you have a beautiful view of the garden. The kitchenette is equipped with everything. - Dishwasher - Stove with oven - Range hood - Fridge with freezer compartment The ceiling height in this room is only 1.95 m. The bedroom adjoins this room. The bedroom has a 1.60 m wide bed and a walk-in closet. Linens and towels are included. In the bedroom is the TV and a small desk. From the bedroom you enter the bathroom, which has a shower. Outside there is a small glass house with plants and seating. In front of the apartment is a beautiful terrace with garden furniture. The apartment is located in Kassel/Kirchditmold. Here you are in the middle of the countryside in the immediate vicinity of the forest. You can walk to Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. However, there is also a good connection to public transport. The front west with its Wilhelminian-style buildings is four tram stops away. Here it is particularly beautiful and diverse around Bebelplatz. Grocery stores are within walking distance. We are happy to give you tips on what you can experience in Kassel and the surrounding area.

Sleeping places in the countryside, bakery, homestay

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist! Adventure instead of luxury.

Relaxation in the middle of the forest at Dörnbergs, ideal location for quiet and relaxing days in nature, convenient starting point for hikes, located directly on the Habichtswaldsteig and the Habichtswald Nature Park. Here, deer and rabbits actually say good night right outside the front door. There is a fireplace for cozy evenings by the fire. Wi-Fi is available in medium signal strength. We are renting out an idyllically located holiday home in Kassel's prettiest district Bad Wilhelmshöhe. While centrally located near both public transport stations as well as Europe’s largest hill park "Bergpark", it's still amazingly quiet and peaceful. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance as are fields and meadows that will make you forget you're actually in a city. We offer two separate sleeping areas, a well-equipped kitchen as well as living room and space for working.

Minimalist, cozy, rustic and beautifully located on the high Dörnberg above the town of Zierenberg near Kassel. In the immediate vicinity is an Icelandic horse farm and the restaurant Bergcafé Friedrichstein. Within walking distance you can reach the glider airfield (one of the oldest glider areas in Germany), the Wichtelkirche and the Helfensteine. The area is very popular for its hiking trails (e.g. Habichtswaldsteig) and its juniper vegetation along the lime grasslands.

The large kitchen/living room is the center of your self-contained apartment. The small table in the dormer window is also suitable as a mini office. The bathroom invites you to linger with a spacious shower and modern design. In the bedroom, a double bed (1.6 m x 2.0 m) awaits you. The chaise longue can also be used as an extra bed.

Chalet Habichtswald

Welcome to our new Chalet Habichtswald, located at the foot of the Hoher Dörnberg in the Habichtswald Nature Park. Our small wooden house is located in a very nice hillside location right next to a riding stable for Icelandic horses. The property offers magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and the gliding airfield on the Dörnberg on all sides. The Friedrichstein hiking parking lot is in the immediate vicinity and offers access to various premium hiking trails.

Enjoy your visit to Kassel on the edge of the mountain park in the stylish apartment on 50 m². The location leaves nothing to be desired. Wilhelmshöhe train station is only 900 meters away and the nearest tram stop "Kunoldstraße" can be reached in 400 meters. From here you can take the train within 10 minutes to the middle of Kassel city center. The UNESCO World Heritage Site Wilhelmshöhe Mountain Park with its impressive water features is within walking distance.
