This is a quiet neighborhood with NOT a lot of traffic. It is very unique, considering how many businesses of interest are nearby. These businesses include iFly, TopGolf, Main Event, Quail Springs Mall, and dozens of fine restaurants across the highway in the Chisholm Creek district. These are all within 1-3 miles, either by main streets or the turnpike... I have nice neighbors who look out for each other. There are absolutely no parties to be thrown on this property.

Fast WiFi, self check-in, and a long driveway for parking. The home is charming and bright with cozy and natural textures throughout. Laundry soap, coffee, and filters are provided. Comfy sofa will accommodate 5th guest. We have just refreshed the interior and completely renovated the bathroom as well.

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Enjoy the stars and nights around the fire pit. Taxes are less out here too - you don't have to pay the 4% city or 7% accommodation taxes when you book with us since we're outside city limits.
