Nice backyard with privacy fence, fireplace and propane grill. Spacious front porch with seating to enjoy quiet neighborhood. Washer and dryer in garage. Two bikes for use in the neighborhood or hit the new bike trail on Britton road to Lake Hefner. Tennis rackets, bocce ball, corn hole & croquet. Walmart CVS, Walgreens & Braums close.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Be downtown in 10 mins, VA and OU children's medical hospital is 6 mins away. Visit the zoo, make a trip to Remington, science center, art district, see a play at the civic center, watch a concert at the paycom center, visit bricktown and take a canal ride. The cottage has a view of our vineyard and windmill from the cottage porch and is next to our private estate winery. Enjoy the pond and the fountain from sitting on the deck of the pond. The cottage has its own grill if you choose to cook out. Guest may stroll through the vineyard or watch a sunset from the dock at the pond. We have fish food to feed the fish.
