Our house, located in Downtown Gunnison, is the perfect base camp for your family vacation. The house is kid friendly. We are conveniently located one block from the free bus to Crested Butte. No need to have a car. You can easily walk to all the downtown restaurants, coffee shops and to the grocery store. We are also a few blocks away from Western Colorado University. The house was fully remodeled in 2017 and is very clean. No pets have been in the house since the remodel. Keyless entry!

This was an incredible space and an incredible stay. The house was spotless and cozy. The hosts had everything you could ever want stocked and ready to go - everything you could need in the kitchen, 3 different kinds of coffee machines, extra linens, a comfy dog bed, a gift bag, and more. The steam shower was lovely and the hot tub was super clean. The property was quiet, private and peaceful, and the views were beautiful.

This house was perfect for our group. We loved the large comfy sectional in the family room, large dining table and kitchen to cook meals. The loft area upstairs was perfect for kids! Hot tub was great and it was an easy walk to the bus to the slopes. We’ll be back!

Awesome house! A lot of space to hangout together or have your own space away from the group. BEAUTIFUL view and huge glass windows to see the incredible views from all around the house. Feels very secluded but it really isn't far out of the way. Property is updated with new appliances and is very well stocked with everything you'd need. Lastly, Stacey was a great host. Communicative and helpful and there to accommodate us to make us feel at home. Would absolutely stay here again for any season.

Great host and prime location from Ouray main street and quick access to all the 4x4 trails that I planned for my group. Less than 2min walk to the start of main street and a few minutes walk to all the restaurants, shops, and bars. Less than 5 minutes away from the trailhead for Campbird Road to Imogene Pass/Yankee Boy Basin. 10 mins away from the Alpine Loop Start (Mineral Creek trailhead). Less than a 3 min walk from the Ouray Hot Springs. Marta was extremely responsive and accommodating. Plenty of room for parking. Everything inside and outside was clean, spotless and functioning. Will definitely be back to use this location as a homebase for our 4x4 trips in the San Juan National Forest. The home was very spacious. Having 2 fridges and 2 kitchen spaces was great! Plenty of rooms and beds for privacy. Beautiful upper living room with large windows to view the mountains.

Spruce house provided comfortable lodging for our visit to Leadville, with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, a well provided kitchen, and easy access to fun restaurants (and the Melanzana store). The house is in a quiet part of town, easy to find, and warm in cold snowy weather. We would definitely stay there again on return visits.

Clean, quiet location was a great “home base” for exploring the area. Not a far drive from Monarch ski area or any of the hot springs in Buena Vista. There’s also a bike trail that passes in front of the house that’s great for taking a walk into town, or going for a run in between activities.
