We love Salida and this location was absolutely perfect - right along the Monarch path and easy access to downtown shopping and restaurants. Also close to parks/playgrounds for my young kids who were traveling with us. The house is quaint, but has everything you need. Lots of beautiful sunlight and a great spot for a quick spring break getaway. Host was responsive and very helpful. We'll be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming house in Leadville! From the moment we walked in, it was clear how much care and attention had gone into making this place special. The location was perfect—just minutes from downtown but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. We especially loved waking up to the mountain views and sipping coffee on the porch in the crisp morning air. Every amenity we could’ve needed was thoughtfully provided, from a well-stocked kitchen to comfy beds and extra blankets. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in a breeze and offering great local tips. Whether you’re visiting for skiing, hiking, or just a quiet getaway, this place is an absolute treasure. We can't wait to go back!

True ski-in/out! New bathroom, pet-friendly condo

Fredrik's condo in Crested Butte was exactly as described! Great location with a short walk and quick ski down to the lifts. The condo is well laid out and sleeps 8 comfortably! One master with a king and the bunk room with a queen lower bunk, a twin bunk, and a single twin. And there was still room for a desk. One bath, but completely updated and very clean with plenty of towels for our group. Definitely recommend and will use Fredrik's place again when we return to CB! You won't be disappointed! Rich W.

Our family really enjoyed being walking distance to the Created Butte ski lifts, local restaurants , The Store for any last minute needs and the complimentary ski valet! The kitchen is small but well appointed and the crock pot allowed us to have a hot lunch or dinner waiting, when we returned home after skiing. Any questions we had for Andy via the chat in the app were answered in short order, and we felt like he genuinely cared about us having a great stay.

We had a great time at Gwen's place. She kept in touch with us and sent us instructions on how to check in. She also sent codes for the rec center with the pool, hot tubs, work out room, and game room. Gwen also let us check in early, which was a huge help since we brought a dog with us. The place was plenty big for a family of 5. The kitchen was well stocked, and the bathrooms were updated. The heated floors in the bathrooms were a plus. The beds were very comfortable, and the creek outback was beautiful. The location between Breckenridge, Keystone, Frisco, and Dillon is great. We highly recommend this place.

Great place and wonderful host. Location is wonderful and works great once you figure out the bus/shuttle system. A couple tips: 1) Getting to/from the mountain to ski is easy - Crystal Road mountain shuttle leaves from the house every 30 minutes and takes you to Mountaineer Square. Pickup spot is very close to the house. 2) Getting to the town of Crested Butte is a bit more work if you don't have a car. You must catch the ski shuttle to Mountaineer Square then catch the town shuttle (which leaves every 15 minutes). Hope this helps with your planning.

We loved our stay here! It was perfect for our family of 5. All three of our kids had their own bed, which was really nice. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need and the place was spotlessly clean. The house is very cozy and the gas fireplace in the living room is so easy to use and wonderful after being outside in the cold all day skiing. Richard was very proactive and helpful in his communications and it was so easy getting into the house. This location worked out great for our week in Leadville skiing at Ski Cooper. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Jen’s condo. Walk less than 100 yds to the Snowflake lift. At the end of the day, ski home on the 4 o’clock trail and step off the trail into the parking lot for the condo. Very comfortable for 2 people, well-appointed kitchen, and easy walk into town. Highly recommended

This was an incredible space and an incredible stay. The house was spotless and cozy. The hosts had everything you could ever want stocked and ready to go - everything you could need in the kitchen, 3 different kinds of coffee machines, extra linens, a comfy dog bed, a gift bag, and more. The steam shower was lovely and the hot tub was super clean. The property was quiet, private and peaceful, and the views were beautiful.

This house was perfect for the two of us. Private yet very close to town. The floor plan is a bit quirky- we slept in the king size bedroom, but used the larger bathroom which is intended for the other two bedrooms (the bathroom closest to our bedroom was tiny). The house has some vintage features which add to its charm. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with spices, oil, vinegar, cookware, dishes, utensils, etc. There is a washer, which we used. A nice clothes line is in the backyard. The backyard and front porch are delightful for outdoor relaxation. We would definitely stay here again. Gigi was a super host.

Jenifer’s place in Alma was absolutely breathtaking!!! The views of the mountains in the mornings with your coffee is unbeatable. It was exactly as described and the house was beautiful! Otto’s food cart is about 1 mile away and has the best chicken sandwiches if you’re looking for a local gem. Breckenridge is about 25 minutes away with endless amounts of restaurants to dive into. I couldn’t recommend Jen’s place enough!

The home was exactly how it was described and pictured in the listing. The host provided clear instructions for everything in advance, which was a huge bonus. The heated garage fit our very large truck, which made the stay more comfortable. It was a quiet and peaceful location outside of the hustle and bustle of the ski resort, which is exactly what we wanted. The home was clean and had all basic necessities. The driveway would have been tricky without a 4-wheel drive vehicle, but the host had warned us of this in advance and there was A LOT of snow when we visited. One of the bedrooms was chillier than the rest, but had a heater, although the heater was a little tricky to work and was on a timer. The furnace was a bit loud in some of the rooms, so that might bother some guests, but we were fine. It could use a little updating as far as furniture, but while on vacation, we are typically only at the home when sleeping, so it worked for us. We would stay again!!

Loved it!! This cabin was exactly what we hoped it would be for our honeymoon - very quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. We enjoyed majestic views of the mountains in every direction. The cabin was spacious and comfortable. It was a remote location but perfectly situated for our adventures in Telluride, Ridgway, and Ouray yet close enough to Montrose for resupply of essentials and a nice dinner out one evening.

I discovered Wild Oak Telluride, while searching on Airbnb. This is a “power house” Team Of dedicated folks that manage; small and large condos, homes, short and long-term rentals in the Telluride and Mountain Village area. There’s a real personal and red carpet, treatment and care that they give to their customers, which I experienced firsthand. I was spoiled, by Luke, even before I left my home, the detailed information that was sent on the app, follow up emails and such. The communication was awesome and I hadn’t even left Utah. I’m not new to Telluride, But this time it was easier than ever to find the condominium, because I had all sorts of prior information from Luke. Joseph helping with parking and maintenance helping with a small issue with the grill, everyone responded in a timely manner. Wild Oak, Telluride, made this trip very magical! I will definitely be returning. Thank you so very much for your sincere kindness!

Nice house, close to resort. Crested Butte has an on-demand shuttle service that will pick you up and drop you off at the resort and return you home via an app similar to Lyft. This was extremely convenient. It makes it irrelevant to be walking distance.

Had a fantastic stay at this property with 5 friends. House was just as advertised, with stunning views of the mountains and a 30 second walk to the ski out area. There's also a private gondola for the end of the day if you aren't wanting to walk back up the hill to the house. Host was extremely responsive (almost always within a couple hours) and helped resolve any questions or requests that came up. Would 100% return for future trips!

This is our third year staying at R Ranch and it was another amazing trip! We absolutely love staying here. Ruth is very responsive, friendly, and helpful. The house is fantastic! Awesome common space for a big group, plenty of room to spread out in bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen with a huge fridge/freezer, and a fenced in back yard for the pups! This cabin was just absolutely beautiful and we were lucky enough to rent on a spring weekend with a surprise snow storm! The place was clean, spacious and has breathtaking views! The little welcome basket was a very nice touch. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed for all the good meals we had planned. Fairplay is super close and Breck was close enough that we went for lunch. Russ checked in to make sure everything was OK and we had what we needed. Check out instructions were very reasonable!
