Our house, located in Downtown Gunnison, is the perfect base camp for your family vacation. The house is kid friendly. We are conveniently located one block from the free bus to Crested Butte. No need to have a car. You can easily walk to all the downtown restaurants, coffee shops and to the grocery store. We are also a few blocks away from Western Colorado University. The house was fully remodeled in 2017 and is very clean. No pets have been in the house since the remodel. Keyless entry!

Welcome to the cozy mountain lodge condo studio! This studio sleeps 4 and is located on the second floor just an elevator away from access to the pool, hot&tub and gym . It is also just a 3-5 minute walk to ski lifts (1 flight of stairs) and mountain base area where you can find coffee shops, bars and ski/bike rentals. Additionally, it is a 1 min walk to the free bus to Crested Butte downtown(5 min). Great place to stay if you are looking for mountain adventures, entertainment or retreat.

Cottonwood Cottage, one of the original Gunnison Ranch homes. Conveniently located three miles north of town and just off the walking trail:) Gunnison offers everything an outdoor person loves, hiking, biking, kayaking, fishing, you name it, it’s here and within minutes of enjoying. There are two bedrooms and one bath. The first bedroom has a king bed, the second has a full bunk bed, and the living room offers a pull-out couch. No Pets allowed. No Smoking of any kind.
