Family-friendly vacation rentals in Gunnison

A beautiful home, 10 minutes up the mountain from Town. The views are wonderful and our kids enjoyed exploring the property. The home had everything we needed, from extra pillows to great kitchen. We’d definitely stay here again.

Our family really enjoyed being walking distance to the Created Butte ski lifts, local restaurants , The Store for any last minute needs and the complimentary ski valet! The kitchen is small but well appointed and the crock pot allowed us to have a hot lunch or dinner waiting, when we returned home after skiing. Any questions we had for Andy via the chat in the app were answered in short order, and we felt like he genuinely cared about us having a great stay.

Mark & Nancy were on top of everything before we got to the cabin. From vehicle recommendations to all of the info we needed to get in. The airbnb was stocked with everything we needed along with fun card and board games to keep everyone entertained. One couple on the trip even got engaged at the top of the hill right by the airbnb with the beautiful mountains in the background! 10/10 would recommend.

The room was just what we needed for a few days skiing with four of us - two adults, a 13 yo and a 10 yo plus two dogs. Location is great and Don is very communicative.

We had a great stay! The condo is cozy and we loved having fires in the evening. The pool and hot tub were close by. The bus system worked great for getting to and from the mountain (minutes away!), and also getting to town for dinners!

Close to the lift; Beautiful views; Super Clean; Well stocked with condiments and Soaps; Easy to get in from parking lot (no stairs); and great communication with the host. As close to perfect as you can get in an Airbnb rental property. For sure rent Lauren condo for your next trip to Crested Butte.

Great stay with family at the cottage. Loved the location to downtown, very walkable. Cottage was perfect size for the 5 of us and in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was well stocked. Hot tub and sauna were great. And the surrounding area is beautiful. Would love to go back when the wildflowers are in bloom.

This home was so lovely and spacious. My three grandkids and I really enjoyed staying there . There were such nice touches; a bottle of homemade wine from the host, water by the bedside, coffee and creamer. We enjoyed our stay so much we decided to make it an annual event.

Perfect little cottage very close to Main Street.

We had a relaxing stay at this lovingly restored Victorian Airbnb. Classical music and soft lighting awaited us upon entering this cozy home. My husband said that the bed was one of the most comfortable he ever slept in. There was a family of deer that frolicked in the yard in the morning and at dusk. The views from the back yard were spectacular! We appreciated the extremely well stocked kitchen and numerous cozy spaces that were created throughout this historic home.

Jonathan and Kelly’s place was a wonderful place to relax. Views were incredible and we had two moose come to visit! The stars at night were amazing, and the kitchen and grill provided everything needed to cook a great meal after a day of exploring. Lots of great hiking options nearby, and a superlative tub for soaking after that hike. Can’t recommend enough.

Love love love this place. My favorite AirBnB so far! The home is right in the heart of this cute town. I walked every day to get coffee & groceries. There were hiking trails everywhere that you could walk to right from the house. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying here! Close enough to everything to be very convenient, but just far enough away to be extremely peaceful. There are great views from basically every window on the 2nd story (where the kitchen/living is), and the balcony was a terrific place to spend a morning with a coffee from down the street and/or an evening with a glass of wine. We came with our two year old and the place was perfectly well equipped to handle having a kiddo (or a few, I'd imagine; we never used the loft). On top of it all, Arianne was a great host and made us feel right at home. We hope to come back and stay here again, sooner than later!

This is truly one of the best places my family has ever stayed. Sammy’s cabin is peaceful, secluded, and full of charm — the perfect escape from the busy city. We spent our days taking long hikes through the surrounding trails, soaking in the fresh air and nature, and our nights stargazing from the master bedroom. I’ve never seen stars so bright in my life — it was absolutely breathtaking. The entire trip felt magical. We left feeling refreshed and already planning our return during Christmas to enjoy the cabin with snow. If you’re looking to unwind, reconnect with nature, and make lasting memories, I can’t recommend this place enough. A true hidden gem!

This is the perfect place to stay. The location is fabulous- walkable to restaurants, shopping, grocery store. The kitchen has everything needed to cook. We enjoyed the coffee had provided. The beds are comfortable with nice linens and pillows. We are already planning our next stay here.

Place was a perfect location for a quick weekend getaway to the slopes. Less than a 5 minute walk to the quicksilver lift and Main Street for countless shops, restaurants and bars. Great for those needing 2 or 3 beds! As a bonus, you could see peak 9 from the kitchen.

Gina was great to deal with. she was very responsive and made sure everything was taken care of for us. The condo is located right off Main St which makes it very walkable to shopping and restaurants. The free bus stop is located right in front of the property as well. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

My husband and I took a quick getaway to Breck after spending time in Denver. This is my third time staying in Breck. Out of all of the Airbnbs that I’ve stayed at in Breck, this has definitely been my favorite. The Airbnb was spacious, clean and had great amenities. My husband and I loved making use of the hot tub, pool, shuttle and pool table. It was off season so a bonus was that it was so quiet. Anyways, we miss it already. Definitely stay with Scott if you are looking for a Breck Airbnb.

Stylish, comfy and well-stocked with everything we needed. Easy drive into Aspen, making it an affordable alternative. Super responsive hosts. Recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Michael’s place! The appartment has everything you need and it’s in a great location. Will come back next year

Fab location next to snowflake lift and so fun to snowboard back to condo backyard on 4 o’clock run. Great space for couple but will be tight fit for additional guests. No elevators and has steps over bridge but condo on ground level.

Had a great stay in CB, condo was in a central location and super clean and worked for my needs!
