Our house, located in Downtown Gunnison, is the perfect base camp for your family vacation. The house is kid friendly. We are conveniently located one block from the free bus to Crested Butte. No need to have a car. You can easily walk to all the downtown restaurants, coffee shops and to the grocery store. We are also a few blocks away from Western Colorado University. The house was fully remodeled in 2017 and is very clean. No pets have been in the house since the remodel. Keyless entry!

Families, hunters, couples, all are welcome to enjoy the indoor/outdoor private areas with their rustic southwest decor in the lower level walkout. 1.5 miles from the "last genuine cowtown" Crawford, CO, (you might see a cattle drive going through town), 1 mile from the Crawford Lake, 11 miles to Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. In the summer, you can enjoy hiking, biking, ATV trails, fly fishing, rafting, horseback riding and golfing. Crested Butte is 30 minutes away and the wildflower capital of Colorado. In the winter, Crested Butte Ski resort and Monarch Mountain are 45 minutes away.

Please ask about monthly rental. The Fairway Condominiums are located on the Dos Rios Golf Course just west of Gunnison, CO. This is a clean, spacious condo with two large bedrooms, two newly renovated bathrooms on an end unit with one car garage. Enjoy time exploring the area or grilling on the back patio. Gunnison is known for its rock climbing, endless biking, and hiking trails, beautiful star-filled nights, the golf course, floating on the river, fishing, and the Blue Mesa Reservoir.

Craftsmen Cabin

Experience staying in an original late 1800's one room log cabin restored and upgraded with all the modern comforts and amenities in a safe, quiet neighborhood. You'll find a Queen bed with ample storage underneath, a full size futon couch and a kitchen that will meet your needs for you're visit. Within a block radius there's 4 restaurants, hockey rink, city parks and bus stop (free bus to Crested Butte), 3 Blocks to down town Gunnison and 6 blocks to Western State Colorado University.

Gunnison Riverside Cabin

An approximately 800 sq ft cabin. Comfortably sleeps 4, can sleep 5 adults; extra beds for children. Spectrum Internet & TV are provided. Kitchen has a full size refrigerator & stove, pots, pans & dishes. Free washer & dryer available. Open living area has a day bed with trundle. Upstairs loft has a queen bed & queen futon. Backyard is fenced for children and/or dog(s) (dogs require permission). Private Gunnison River frontage is out the back gate. You can fish or relax & enjoy the view.

Cottonwood Cottage, one of the original Gunnison Ranch homes. Conveniently located three miles north of town and just off the walking trail:) Gunnison offers everything an outdoor person loves, hiking, biking, kayaking, fishing, you name it, it’s here and within minutes of enjoying. There are two bedrooms and one bath. The first bedroom has a king bed, the second has a full bunk bed, and the living room offers a pull-out couch. No Pets allowed. No Smoking of any kind.

The Solargon

The Solargon is inspired by elements of Asian yurts, Navajo hogons and Native American hidatsa lodges. Combined with passive solar design principles, the solargon is an octagonal structure designed to take full advantage of the sun.
