Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Gümüldür Cumhuriyet

Baştan sına herşey mükemmeldi. Bir daha tatilinizde daha uzun süre konaklamayı planlıyoruz. Bahçesi çok keyifli.

Huzur dolu bir tatil geçirdik ev sahibi bütün sorunlarımızla ilgilendi deniz harikaydı akvaryum gibiydi sabahları sadece kuş cıvıltıları ile uyandık Tek sorun banyo da vardı paslı su geliyordu bir yerden ama sorun etmedik çünkü manzarası ve sakinliği örtpas etti 🤗 tekrar ziyaret etmek isteriz ☺️

Evin konumu, dekorasyonu ve temizliği çok güzel. Evde kahve, yağ, şeker, gerekli olabilecek tüm ev aletleri mevcut. İkram için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz, çok güzel bir jest oldu bizim için. İlke Bey mesajlara çok hızlı dönüş yaptı ve bize hep yardımcı oldu. Biz memnun ayrıldık, herkese öneririz.

Despina was an amazing host. We checked in at 11pm at night because of a late flight and she was there to greet us which was so accommodating. They clean daily - so if you’re not interested in having someone come by then kindly ask them to forgo at check in. The airbnb is on a steep hill (which is classic for Greece) so did not bother me as I’ve been to Greece a lot. Just be aware if you are driving a car to make sure you’re comfortable with that. It was so nice having the beach and pool so close! Also have masticha trees on the route to the airbnb which was a treat. Nice clean space. The one bedroom downstairs does not have AC but the other two rooms do. Lots of space and it was great having bathrooms which tubs since we had an infant and did baths there. A rare find in Greece!

yes this Airbnb is lovely, Host answered all my questions. The location was high up with lots of steps, google walking map took to there, However there an historic Lift very close to take you up and down. Use the Tram to get you to museums, also I signed up for tours, not a lot to see in the area! Great food places.

Erini made us feel right at home. We enjoyed the space as it felt very private and detached. The unit was equipped with everything that we needed. The outside garden was great to enjoy the summer nights and sea view.

Vicky was super helpful from minute 1 and always responsive. She also gives great massages so make sure to book one with her. Vicky and her family make you feel right at home but you’ll still have all the peace and quiet that goes along with the beautiful location just a little bit outside Kokkari. Which we find perfect as we don’t like to be in the bustling city center. Thank you for a great time, Vicky!

I had a very nice time in Agios Konstantinos! I made some beautiful hikes nearby. I had a map and a Dutch hking guide, but I was happy to find an English hiking guide in the appartment! And I had a very nice dinner in one of the mountain villages, in one of the restaurants the host suggested.

My stay at Angela's place in Samos was absolutely perfect! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stayed wonderfully cool even on the hottest days. I really appreciated the personal touches, like the delicious cookies she left for us. Angela's recommendations were spot on, making our trip even more enjoyable. Her communication was excellent, always checking in to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved every moment of our stay and can't recommend it enough. Thank you, Angela, for making our time in Samos so special!

Heerlijke plek! Super dicht bij de luchthaven, maar heb je eigenlijk geen last van. Vond het juist wel leuk om de vliegtuigen aan te zien komen vanaf je eigen bedje op het strand voor de deur. Hoe luxe om 's ochtends zo de zee in te kunnen lopen vanuit je verblijf! Auto is wel een aanrader, restaurants niet ver weg maar wel heél donker 's avonds. Vond het alleen toch fijner om de auto te pakken.

This was one of our best Airbnb stay.. The flat is very fancy and very well located with an excellent sea view and equipped with anything you may need. Evengelos is also great host and was very helpful in every aspect. We would not think to stay anywhere else during our future visits to Chios.

Evin konumu çok merkezi bir yerde her yere ulaşım son derece kolay. Ev görünenden çok fazlaydı. Her şey çok ince detayına kadar düşünülmüş , eve şirinlik katan bir sürü süslemeler mevcuttu. Sıcak bir ev ortamın da olduğunuz hissi yaratıyor. Aryetta çok ilgili ve anında dönüş yapan nazik bir ev sahibi evlilik yıl dönümü için geldiğimizi taverna önerisi istemiştim. Öneride bululduğu gibi bir şişe şarap hazırlamıştı bizim için bu ince düşüncesi için teşekkür ederiz çok mutlu olduk. Yine geleceğiz sevgiler...

Great little flat in walking distance to the town, with enough road parking around. Nikos and Ioulia were very responsive and helpful hosts.

Corina was a wonderful hostess. She went above and beyond to communicate which is extremely helpful when you are new to the area and country. The place was adorable, clean and had all the amenities listed. It was an easy walk to the main street and marina. I would recommend. Two things, which she cannot change and yet may be a concern, the nextdoor apartment's living room window is ~3 feet from the roof top deck. We were quietly enjoying the evening port view, the conversation disturbed the neighbors (a couple advised us the next day). Also, there is a narrow spiral staircase to access the entire place which may be challenging to navigate with babies, seniors, disabilities and\or if you are large.

Het appartement was fantastisch, precies als op de foto's afgebeeld. Prachtig en heel smaakvol ingericht. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig, en meer. Het appartement ligt midden in het levendige Kokkari, maar je hebt vanwege de mooie ligging, geen last van lawaai. Hadi was een fantastische host, heel gastvrij, en heeft ons goede tips gegeven wat restaurants betreft. Ook de geadopteerde kater Tijger was een gezellig extraatje terwijl wij op ons terras zaten. Wij raden het appartement van Hadi zeker aan!!

イズミルの繁華街に近いロケーションで、非常に観光し易すかった。 部屋は清潔で、設備は充実しており、滞在中に不便を感じることもなかった。 ホストのDoaさんも非常に親切で質問は10分以内に回答があり、何一つ困ることなく滞在できた。

This is our second year staying here and we love it. Perfect for peace and quiet and right next to the sea. The accommodation has everything we need and the hosts Rena and Nikos are very friendly and helpful. The beach bar is five minutes walk if you want sun loungers and drinks and snacks, and Komi is 20 mins walk for restaurants, bars and a more vibrant beach. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay.

Efcharis was a wonderful n kind host. He was very flexible and accommodating with our check-in n check-out times, which we really appreciated. When we arrived he welcomed us personally. He had thought of everything, from a gift bottle of ouzo to snacks for our son and even drinking water. He also provided us with helpful information about Samos, and brochures were ready on the table. The location of the house is just as described, offering a lively spot with a view of Samos town square, yet it is very quiet and peaceful. Restaurants, bars, bakeries, markets, and everything else you might need are within walking distance.The terrace is delightful n if the weather is cool, having a meal at the kitchen table while watching the sea through the window feels truly special. The Wi-Fi speed in the house was more than sufficient. We stayed during a rainy and cold period, but the house was comfortably heated with the air conditioning, and the hot water worked perfectly. Thank you for everthing!

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The host was very kind and always available to help. Everything was thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing stay. I would definitely stay here again! I will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Die Wohnung war perfekt gelegen mitten im Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber alles sauber und gepflegt. Die riesige Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer und über die Stadt war einfach traumhaft schön. Das Bad war ganz neu und das Bett sehr gut. Archondula ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, vielen Dank 🙏😊
