We loved our stay at the Olivia! Everything was clean, cozy, and felt like home. We loved the beautiful kitchen and bathroom and we had a great time in Pensacola!

Loved staying here! Would definitely recommend and definitely would come back. Very clean and peaceful! The bed is SO cozy and comfortable. The little extras she adds makes such a huge difference. Like, a gallon of water, coffee is provided, bag of ice in the freezer and thank goodness she provided sugar bc I forgot mine! Lol oh and there is a cat, she was such a sweetheart! Thank you Anabelle! We had a great time!

Cutest little spot - we thought the amenities were such a nice little touch and seems as if she thought of everything a guest could need! Great location / safe - we walked with our 6 month old to downtown shops & farmers market!

John was a wonderful host!!! I would definitely stay again. The house is very nice and has everything you need. The neighborhood is upscale and quiet!! All the neighbors were very friendly and spoke passing by on their boats as well as when we passed by on ours!! They even recommended places to fish and that was very helpful.

We have stayed here twice. We love the location, the house and accommodations. It’s very peaceful on the bay with a great pool. Kenny is a wonderful host and makes sure everything is to your satisfaction. We can’t wait to stay there again!

This cottage is perfect. Centrally located and you can be just about anywhere in Pensacola in 15 minutes including the beach. Great restaurants very near by. This was our 2nd stay and I'm sure there will be a 3rd as we come back every year for a USN reunion. Host and amenities are great!

It was a very nice stay, Very close to everything. The fish market (joe pattie's), The Museums, Grocery store, and a short drive to the beach. The children loved being able to have their own rooms and watch TV in the evenings. Also being able to get our laundry done and bring back clean clothing was awesome! The room was really nice and spacious. It was a few mins from the beach. It had a really good seafood restaurant right down the street. The best part was the pool being outside your door. They had everything you would need including children’s toys and life vests. We enjoyed our stay and plan to visit again.

Great apartment, very clean and well stocked with everything you need if you prefer to prepare meals yourself. We will definitely come again. Thanks Vickie & David

We had such a great time on our girls trip to Pensacola! The home was peaceful, beautifully kept, and the beds were incredibly comfortable! We all slept so well. Everything was just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. I’ll definitely be booking again soon!

The coziest studio at such a prime location in Pensacola! We followed all the recommendations in the guest book and none disappointed! Lovely place to be close to the beach. We loved hitting all the locals spots, and being able to retreat after a day on the water.

Great stay, not the tropic vacation atmosphere you imagine when going to Florida but that's why you will pay 1/3 of what you would to be beach front. It's a quick drive to all of the surroundings, we are a husband wife and 3 year old and it was perfect for us. Neighbors were the perfect balance of private and friendly. Would recommend.

Great location in a nice neighborhood. Close to Pensacola and the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. The backyard was fantastic. So relaxing with a fire pit. Would definitely visit again when in the area.

This place was very homey and completely fits pictures and description. Jamie, the host, was extremely helpful and responsive each time I messaged. worth the money and a enjoyable stay!

This guest house is absolutely stunning and it’s in the most beautiful neighborhood!! I really appreciate the little touches to make my stay all that much more comfortable : laundry detergent/ supplies, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, hangers, extra towels and blankets, etc. Also, as the daughter of an interior designer, I notice and appreciate the little design touches that set this place apart and make it so much more inviting. The natural light is incredible. We really loved how walkable it is to downtown and the convention center. We loved it so much that we even looked on Zillow for houses in the same neighborhood. ALSO, Lesli herself was so kind and incredibly accommodating. What a phenomenal experience. Thank you Lesli! We certainly will be back if you’ll have us.

Randy’s place is absolutely beautiful. The view is spectacular and the location is great. Plenty of beach access, restaurants, coffee and shopping nearby. The pool area is well-kept and relaxing. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils and basic seasonings. We enjoyed a steak dinner on the balcony which watching the sun set over the marina. We will absolutely be back!

This was a perfect weekend getaway spot! A beautiful property that was very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a relaxing and convenient place at the beach!

Pictures do not do it justice. Absolute beautiful location on the beach in the condo is beautiful. Furniture is comfortable and the day was wonderful. They keep the place immaculately clean matched by the immaculate clean condo. I will definitely stay here again when I come back this way.

Fantastic hosts and a great place to stay on the Emerald Coast. Everything was just as listed. Don’t discount the pool at their condo because it’s huge and we enjoyed it every day!

Ashley’s place was perfect for my family. The short walk to the beach and being able to use the wagon for all our beach supplies made it much easier with small kids. The only issue we had was the wifi kept going out but we messaged Ashley and she made a phone call and got it working for us a short time after so the kids could get on their tablets but the tvs would not work due to the poor wifi. Overall our stay was amazing and the kids loved the pool and the beach of course!

Sharon’s place was perfect for my in-laws. So close to the beach and the pond and pool at the condo were such a great bonus!

The home was beautiful, located just steps from the water, and had everything we needed for a week at the beach! Marci was very responsive, kind, and accommodating! I hope our next vacation dates are available to stay again!!

Very nice place if you’re on a trip without the kids. The room was real nice and the kitchen was very nice although we didn’t use it really, you could cook full meals with everything they have. The balcony furniture was comfortable and relaxing to sit and listen to waves. Close beach access and close to multiple restaurants and fishing/boating tours. We had a blast while we were there.
