Boat lift available-extra daily fee- 12k lb " pet friendly with fee " loft apartment with private bedroom. 15min from Pensacola Beach- 20 min to Navarre Beach. Watch the blue herons & dolphins, sit on one of two private decks sipping coffee as you watch the sunrise on the Bay. Paddle the clear waters in our kayaks or bring your SUP. We comfortably sleep 12 in this 5 bed/3 full bath home, with 7 beds. Situated in a quaint and quiet neighborhood less than 10 minutes from Pensacola beach, one mile from public boat dock, and plenty of nearby activities including cinema, mini golf, and the zoo. Enjoy the private pool and bring along fido too! (pending approval/pet fee)

Minimum stairs if you walk down to the canal. Take advantage of the local golf course which is minutes from the home. Enjoy the beautiful weather, shopping, and the local beaches (Navarre, Pensacola, and Destin) then come home to relax in your home away from home. We do not host parties or special events. Our tiny house was custom built in 2022 and is located in beautiful East Hill. Our place is centrally located just minutes from PNS airport, downtown restaurants and bars, and Pensacola Beach! It is also just a short walk to Bayou Texar and Bayview park. The tiny house is a completely private space with driveway parking for 2 cars and your own patio area! Enjoy beautiful views of the Bayou from the dining room table or the patio area. We'll do anything we can to make your stay great!
