The AirBnB was very neat and clean. Definitely was comfortable cozy as if you we were home. If I had to go back I’ll definitely book with Jack again. The pictures that was posted is exactly how everything look. Everything was nice and clean! Very peaceful area. My kids loved the home especially the stairs.

This home was by far one of the best I have stayed in. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful home, and private. The house was also equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Nancy's place in s exactly as described. Very clean and just what we needed for our trip. It is nothing fancy like described but perfect. ilIt was like going to Grandma's or an Aunt's house for the summer. We loved it and will definitely book again. Nancy was very responsive for any questions we had.

We love it here! We have visited three different times and it's always great! Barbara is a fantastic host, very clear instructions, easy to book and check out and great location for the beach! We make it a family vacation every year and will never stay in a motel! It's our home away from home and we will be back, such a great trip making memories with our family!

We enjoyed our stay! The place is great for a family and lots to do near by. Walkable to downtown Pensacola and a short drive to the beach!

Mike is a great host. He was very quick to respond and easy to communicate with. The house was exactly as described. This was the best stocked Airbnb we have ever had, plenty of linens, the kitchen had plenty of supplies including spices. We had plenty of space for our large group. Highly recommend 😊

The home was perfect and loaded with all the things one would need. It was kid friendly and spacious. Nancy was beyond accommodating and friendly. We can’t wait to revisit! :)

Our family had a great stay here. Right on the beach a super plus with kids and ability to cook your own meals. Place was clean and had sufficient kitchen supplies to make a home cooked meal. The beach is beautiful and the view out of the windows is lovely. We had a great stay. One thing to be aware of is that you'll get a text message with info/code to get in the front gate, I was looking in the Airbnb messages and couldn't find it so had to call. Thankfully Heather answered right away and could help me out. Another thing to be aware of is that once you get to the door the keypad with numbers does not appear until you push the Yale button. So at the door, push the Yale button first and then the numbers will appear and you can enter the code to the door (different than the gate code and code to get in the building). Overall we had a wonderful stay and loved being so close to a beautiful beach while also being able to cook for ourselves.

We had a great stay. Everything was as advertised and host was very responsive with questions. Clean and comfortable, kid friendly and great access to an uncrowded beach. We would consider a repeat stay.

Great stay! Loved the location and all the space at Michelle's place. We appreciated that the condo was well stocked with the necessities and the numerous beach items for use was an added bonus, especially when staying with kiddos. Definitely recommend as a great spot for families who want to have space to relax and enjoy the beach!

Thanks for a great place for our family of 6. It was cute and quaint in terms of location. It was convenient and an efficient condo. We enjoyed being so close to the beach and a quick drive to restaurants and some were walkable. Also, a quick drive to secluded beaches near nesting stations was beautiful. Ashley was a great communicative host.

We had a great week here for Spring Break!!!! The directions were a little off saying the office was located across the street and we never did get codes to any of the doors - however, we lived!:). We would love to stay here again! Thank you!

Pool was perfect, location is ideal. House was pretty bare bones, but had everything we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend this place for a couple or small family. We’ve stayed many places in Pensacola Beach and we would definitely stay here again!

Very easy and perfect for extra space for our large family. My aunt lives around the corner and we just need inexpensive space to sleep and keep our stuff. This place is clean, comfortable and spacious. Host graciously let us check in a couple hours early after a long drive! Appreciate you. Will stay again.

Great place to stay if going to Navarre Beach! Close walk to the beach. We loved having access to the golf cart to bring our stuff to the beach. House was very clean and the kitchen had everything you would need to cook. Charlette was very responsive to any needs that we had. Would definitely go back!

We had an incredible week! From beginning to end - everything was just perfect. Check in was super easy and the place was beautifully clean when we arrived. Nikki has thought of everything to make your stay the best - from beach towels hanging in the entryway - a coffee maker in the master bathroom so you don’t wake everyone - plenty of books to read - these little details just added more fun to the whole experience! We loved having the Sound in the backyard - our kids had so much fun catching crabs and fish in the little river system back there. And the sunsets off the deck - gorgeous. The Gulf is so easy to get to with many different access points - we had fun hunting for shells, jumping waves, and seeing dolphins there! It was so quiet and relaxing - a week to unplug and just be together as a family. We hope to be back soon! Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!

It was a wonderful location and perfect house for a girls trip!

We absolutely loved staying here! The kids were on the pier every chance they had. The water is beautiful. They loved using the kayaks. The house was beautiful and perfect for the 7 of us. It was so peaceful and quiet! Also nice and close to all of the things we wanted to do while in the area. Would highly recommend!

We spent our family vacation here and had a great time! The place was super spacious—perfect for our whole crew. It had everything we needed and more, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and spread out. We especially enjoyed the back room and the backyard—such a great space to hang out. Not far from the beach and restaurants too!

Emma was such a great host! We had a wonderful time and my kids LOVED the “vacation house”, as they kept calling it. 🤣 The house was very spacious, and my kids really enjoyed the big beds they got to sleep in! I was worried about feeling odd staying at someone else’s house, but it was so welcoming, I had no problem! The beach was only a five minute drive and it was one of the prettiest beaches I’ve ever been to! We will definitely be back!
