Cottage vacation rentals in Guerneville

This is a charming place, beautifully kept with lovely furnishings. We really enjoyed the well appointed kitchen as we cooked every day. The yard and gardens are beautifully kept, peaceful and serene. Oranges growing right outside the house! We were in town for a wedding, and Santa Rosa is right in the middle of so many enjoyable things to do. We hiked on the CCT out past Bodega Bay, enjoyed restaurants in Healdsburg, visited the redwoods and shopped at the Barlow in Sebastopol. Thank you Cheryl for sharing your lovely home. We had a fabulous time!

We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage! The hosts, Lynn and John, were friendly and welcoming. We brought our baby and they left out a booster seat, child plates/bowls, toys, and made up the crib for him! We were able to do a barrel tasting, which was fantastic! We loved the hot tub and the garden. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the corn hole and fire pit! Will have to come back!

Our family enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s place. Access to the river was a very short walk from the home. The house was clean and clear of clutter.

My family and I had an enjoyable weekend stay at Peter’s cottage. The location was beautiful and home was cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed and I appreciated a clean porta-crib that was provided.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Bed was comfortable. Hot tub chemistry was well maintained (not always the case). Best of all, such a great location for anything in Monte Rio. We were there to see a concert and could walk to the beach, to town, and to and from the event. And after the event, we could sit out in the backyard in the hot tub under the beautiful redwoods (which were nicely lit) in the evening. Great spot. Would recommend and will stay there again if we ever have reason to be in Monte Rio. Plus Tom was very communicative as a host which I appreciate.

We had a great time at The Cottage. It is well described in the listing, the place is a great place to chill and enjoy, especially the patio. It has everything you need (the listing mentions no stove but between all the other amenities and grill you can cook most things), is clean and very comfortable. The continental breakfast and cooking basics is a nice touch. We really liked our time there.

Pictures do not do this place justice. The cabin location is so beautiful and peaceful. Very close to the river and local restaurants. We had a great time!

Quaint little cottage and private deck away from and yet close to the town. Excellent and super-responsive hosts, very sweet and kind. Highly recommend for a serene experience in nature on your next Petaluma trip. :)

Our group of three stayed here for a night to enjoy a vineyard experience before making our way to Yosemite. The cottage was clean and well maintained and the hosts were extremely responsive.

We had a great super last-minute stay at Chad's place! Chad saved our ill-fated camping trip to the coast (we were defeated by 35 mph winds at 7:30 pm) - he got back to us within 15 minutes and even sent over someone with clean towels within 40 minutes. His bungalow was a super comfortable retreat for our two families with two toddlers and a dog - everyone loved the outdoor space! I can see it being too hot in the summer months without A/C but we were very comfortable with the fans on. For families traveling with kids, just fyi we were hoping to put the kiddos in the game room for bedtime but weren't able to do so as there's no bathroom access without exiting the house and coming back up the outside stairs. Just wish we had a second day to take advantage of Chad's amazing stash of river gear!!!

Beaux Maison Sonoma is a true gem. This Airbnb is in the hills of Healdsburg, CA, in a beautiful, quiet, and private location. The house is charming and cozy, and the host is very helpful and responsive to all my questions. I have already marked this property as a favorite and I will definitely be back.

My husband and I (along with our 6 month old and our dog) enjoyed a perfect Fathers Day/Birthday weekend at Dennis's cottage! The location couldn't be better - so easy to grab provisions or a quick bite around the corner at the general store, and amazing to be able to walk to the beach in just a few minutes. The cottage is cozy - just the right size for two adults and a dog - with everything you need. Having a washing machine was extra convenient, and the balcony and fire place made for relaxing evenings. We love Dillon Beach and are so happy we found this place! Don't hesitate to book :)

What a gem! Tim’s home is a place of tranquility with surroundings of beautiful Redwood trees and a peaceful creek on the lower property. Our family enjoyed the outdoor sitting area, adorned with heat lamps and blankets for the cooler nights. Only a short 8-10 minute picturesque drive to downtown Healdsburg through the wine county and a perfect fenced in yard for our two small dogs. Thanks again for having us!

We arrived during a black-out of electricity. Cindy, our hosted, made us feel welcomed and assisted with genuine care of our concerns. We felt welcomed and cared for. The property was charming and it made us feel like we were truly in the country. Each cottage was detached--so no neighbors to listen through walls. Many thoughtful amenities throughout and the continental breakfast had quite a few options, including Oat Milk for those that cannot have dairy product. Great place to stay!

Michelle's place is a gem. It has incredible views of the surrounding area and is very cozy. Would highly recommend if you're exploring the area.

I've stayed at Christina's place before and it's my first choice when visiting family in Guerneville. Christina is extremely responsive and flexible and the place is very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with anything you could ever need. The beds are cozy with extra blankets if needed. I especially enjoy the patio outside of the back door.

The cottage was very peaceful and quiet. The location was great, very close to Freestone and Occidental, and only about fifteen minutes to the beach. There is a lot of seating area outside, and a little fenced-in spot surrounded by trees. It was great to bring our dog to the beach!

This is it if you are looking for privacy, comfort, and everything all in one place. We literally had to make ourselves leave the property… the babbling brook provided such serenity, and the pool, hot tub, and outdoor shower were amazing!!!

We had a lovely stay! We forgot our portacrib/pack and play, but they had one we could use! Very cute row of cottages, and all the guests were quiet. Cute gardens in front, comfy chairs were nice.

Lila's cottage is just wonderful! The best location with a superb view of the river and great amenities like kayaks and hot tub. we enjoyed laying out on the deck, listening to the record player and enjoying drinks at sunset. Its a perfect spot for 2 people, comfy and has great amenities. Thanks again!

Jeff was very responsive, friendly, and provided very clear instructions. His abode is very nice, clean, well thought out, quality furniture, & the place has an immaculate garden/yard. Will def stay again.

This cottage is an absolute gem! It was so cozy and comfortable. It was impeccably clean. The linens and furnishings are top-notch. The bay view is fantastic. The host was responsive and friendly. We’ll return for sure!

We loved our stay at Richard’s! Felt very private and peaceful with beautiful surroundings and a river beach very nearby. The bed knocked us out, we haven’t slept that well in so long. Despite it being a very rustic setting, the wifi was super reliable for our work calls during the day and we had zero issues with it. Would definitely stay again, highly recommend this retreat.
