My extended family and I had a wonderful time at Christopher's Airbnb. There were 6 adults and 4 children. Plenty of space to watch TV together and plenty of beds for whatever sleeping arrangements the kids needed. Spacious kitchen with everything you need. We even grilled a few times on the back deck. The pool is heated perfectly- the kids spent all afternoon into the evenings in it. The view from the hot tub is 10/10. The 10 am check out is early BUT you do not have to do any work when you check out. No starting laundry, emptying dishwasher, etc etc etc. Truly a seamless check out experience and worth it. We will be back! The only complaint the group had was we didn't stay longer!

Absolutely loved this charming home - it was the perfect getaway for our extended family to be all together! The bedrooms were private and the entire place was spacious and well furnished. The outside is what you come for though. Horses, goats and alpacas right outside your door. Rolling hills and a beautiful outdoor space with seating, dining and a pool/hot tub to enjoy it all! Anthony was super responsive and even turned on the hot tub for us while we were out at dinner so it was ready to enjoy when we got back. It was a lovely well-kept home!

Had a wonderful stay at this adorable cottage. Extremely peaceful and as others have mentioned, much larger than the photos depict. Our dogs loved exploring the spacious yard and we felt so cozy and at home playing games around the fireplace. We stayed on a mostly rainy weekend, but there was still so much to do. Would love to enjoy this home in the warmer months. Thanks again to Russian River Getaways for another great stay.

I've stayed at my fair share of really nice Airbnbs, etc. around the world and this is truly the best one I've ever visited. From the minute we pulled up the driveway, it felt like home. (If my home was a stunning property in Sonoma County, LOL.) It was even better than described because how do you describe perfection?! The windows in the place make the whole house even more beautiful than pictured. As does the clean, tasteful decor. And the huge backyard (if you can call it a yard) is absolute paradise. It's stunning. The pool and hot tub are both clean and easy to heat and use. Even the outdoor furniture was spotlessly cleaned which is not always the case. It's an easy 10-minute drive from the house into Sebastapol which is the cutest town in Sonoma County IMO. Last but not least, Jonathan was so nice and quick to respond. I typically prefer to visit new places when I travel but this is somewhere I hope to return to very soon.

I travel to Airbnbs often, and this is by far the best one! Sebastopol is an amazing town. We loved the hot tub and pool, and the house itself is incredible. The beds were super comfy, and everything was spotless and well maintained. We had a great time exploring Santa Rosa, Healdsburg, Napa Valley, Sonoma, and Bodega Bay. We even made a trip to Tomales to visit the Scream filming location—I’m a huge horror fan, so that was a highlight! The views of the vineyard and sky, both during the day and at night, were absolutely stunning. This place truly has it all, and we’re already planning to come back. We’re even considering purchasing property in Santa Rosa! A special bonus was the two sweet dogs, Bonnie and Dixie (I think those were their names)—such adorable and friendly dogs! Highly recommend this place!

We had a group of 7, and it was roomy and spacious for all of us. The view from the house was stunning. We utilized the pool, hot tub, grill, and pizza oven. It definitely felt magical and surreal to be able to stay 3 days in this location. We highly recommend this spot and would love to stay again in the future.

Had a great stay at Linda's place. Was looking for somewhere peaceful and comfortable to spend NYE. Linda was communicative, and the place was spotless when I arrived. Close enough to things happening in the town, but far enough away that it's still quiet. Bed was comfortable, and the room had all needed amenities. Was happy that I didn't have to set up my own plug-in smart TV stick. Wifi had sufficiently fast download and upload rates. Room was a bit pricey, but that might just be how it is in this area of the bay. Would consider returning in future years.
