In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. It consists of a living area and a bathroom on the ground floor with a total area of 30 m2 and a mezzanine of 10 m2. The sleeping area on the mezzanine is in the attic. A small south-facing terrace allows you to enjoy the sun without being overlooked.
