Villa vacation rentals in Guérande

We had a great time with the family for Christmas week! Fabrice was very accommodating for our arrival and we were greeted by a very nice Christmas tree which delighted the little ones and the grown-ups too. The house is located very close to the beach, which allowed us to go for great walks with the children. One small flaw to report: the front door which is not very easy to open! Maybe because of the cold?

What a beautiful home. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here for a week with our children. Bertrand was a great host, very responsive and helpful. We found everything we needed and the location was right next to a huge park, the journey into Nantes was easy and the airport 20 mins drive away. Very comfy beds, gorgeous pool area and we had everything we could need.

Beautiful and comfortable house, with a very nice view, quiet. The terrace and pool are very nice; we also enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, piano and plancha. You can walk to the old town of Guérande (small friendly market despite the crowds in August). Nearby hiking trail and bike paths. Many activities around Guérande, in addition to the beaches. Virginia is a thoughtful hostess. I would this property.

We had a wonderful week in this house. The property is very beautiful, even better than in the photos, lots of space, an unobstructed view, a large plot, beautiful rooms, a large very well-equipped kitchen. Jean is a wonderful host, we were welcomed as if we were friends, it's so rare these days! This is one of the best houses we have rented (and yet we travel a lot!) If we have the opportunity to return to this area, we'll be happy to go back to Jean's. Thanks again, Jean, we loved our stay!

Very nice and very well-equipped house in a beautiful location, quiet and close to the beach.

House was just as described, with very friendly a d helpfull hosts, that helped us find a great restaurant when it was a holiday time in Nantes and most of the restaurants close down for a week or two. It is best to have a car for the location.

We can only warmly reccomend this accomodation to anyone. The house is furnished comfortably and includes a lot of charming details, such as the boat-shower or the wooden animals handcarved by the owner. The garden is quiet and huge, especially in the back. And the whirlpool, heated and in full function during our entire stay, was an amazing luxury, especially on cold and rainy days. It's about four Minutes from doorstep to beach, and about seven minutes to a whole range of good restaurants by the beachfront. We had a fantastic time and plenty of space with four adults and five children. Regine was a wonderful and uncomplicated host, who was with us within a few minutes, when we asked for help changing the gas bottle. Great AirbnB!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautifully renovated house with my 12 friends. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by our host, whose kindness and availability greatly contributed to making our stay memorable. The house is spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated, offering everything that we needed for a stay with friends. A big thank you to our host for their exemplary hospitality. Wow! What a lovely house, on an exceptional site, set on the beach, breathtaking sea view that varies with the tides and weather. The spectacle from the house on the different types of sailboats of the neighboring sailing school, kayaks, windsurfers, wings, paddle boarding,... not to mention the coastlines and bathers make you never tire of admiring this unforgettable view! The house is very well equipped, decorated with taste and care and everyone finds their privacy in the spacious rooms (very comfortable bedding). Our dog, who was very kindly accepted by the owners, also had a great holiday. Thank you again for your welcome. See you soon in the Gulf of Morbihan

Sophie is a responsive, pleasant, and available host. The accommodation is impeccable and perfectly suited to a family. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place to enjoy the Atlantic coast.

A very nice house for a family weekend, with lots of activities on site, and of course, the pool, very nice! Everything is clean, comfortable, and functional! A flawless one!

A super large house with 4 bedrooms and everything nice on the ground floor! Sweet and good reception from Mireille, that was also very pleasant. Within walking distance of a bakery, fishmonger and supermarket, a nice market in the square weekly. Our kids enjoyed it too. Small station is within walking distance and always easy and the trains certainly do not make any noise. In short, wonderful house to relax and unwind.

I would highly recommend this quiet accommodation near Pornic. Very charming, well-equipped and very convenient.

Very nice welcome by Isabelle and Jean-Philippe with welcome gift, the two are very friendly and helpful hosts. Modern, excellently equipped house, large heated pool with extra shower and toilet, plus the outdoor bar. Quiet location, shopping and restaurants can be reached in less than 10 minutes (St.-Avé/Vannes). Definitely recommended!

What a beautiful home! Anne was very friendly & flexible with check in & responsive to our questions throughout our stay. We were 2 families with 4 children & the house was fantastic! It is in an ideal location for relaxing away from it all, whilst also being on the edge of a city with plenty of culture & restaurants at your fingertips. The supermarket is a 5 minute walk away, which was perfect for us as we ate many meals at home. The pool was warm, very clean & safe for children with a good design using stepped access. The house opens up to create a seamless transition from inside to outside-this was perfect for cooking/eating/playing in the pool and keeping an eye on everyone. The showers were hot and powerful and the blackout shutters were a dream for giving the children a long sleep!! The kitchen is well equipped and there is both washing machine & dryer. There is a lovely patisserie in Sautron that we walked to through the woods. What a relaxing stay we had-thanks Anne et Fabrice!

The Villa is really what you can call a "VILLA", everything is designed to make the most of the accommodation, everything is clean and new, my friends and I recommend this accommodation without moderation. Thank you very much and maybe see you next time in a warmer period when we can enjoy the pool.
