I spent a few days in the studio offered by Teddy, great location, close to the beach and the main street! I don't regret choosing this studio. Communication was impeccable, and I was answered quickly. I appreciated that! I would 100% recommend this property

We had a pleasant stay, the apartment is tastefully decorated, clean and in a good location. The environment is very quiet, you don't get tired of the magnificent view.

Fabulous spot for our family holiday. from the deck chairs, kids toys, Nespresso machine so many little things included that made our holiday such a great one. It's right on the beach and walking distance to a boulangerie, intermarche, a train station going to Nantes and Paris and all the great restaurants in le crosic and batz súr mer. Also really enjoyed the various running routes and the kids loved the pool. It's very quite in the area I. May with beautiful sunsets. A relaxing break.

The apartment is really fantastically beautiful. It is very close to the sea. The furnishings are very cozy and designed with a lot of flair. Even two bikes were available for free and the bike paths are awesome!!! We were totally happy and 100% satisfied! Dear Alexandra, Thank you very much!

Very bright accommodation in a very good location, between the train station, the market, shops, restaurants, the beach... with a balcony if you want to enjoy the outdoors. It was perfect for my stay!

What a lovely stay at Marie-Claude's apartment. a perfect place with breathtaking views. shops, terraces. Everything was as described and the room is perfect with its huge bed with extremely comfortable bedding. the communication with Marie-Claude was very friendly. I'll come back and recommend it without hesitating.

Apartment with beautiful ocean view, close to the Pornichet market, clean, well-equipped (except for the absence of a dishwasher), garage available (essential in this place during busy periods).

We extended very nice...lots of luck with the weather in addition! The walk to the GR34 side is beautiful, especially at sunset. Very well located for a walk in Guérande, La Baule, Piriac-sur-mer, and all the other seaside resorts in the region. Gite matches the photos and description, warm, well decorated and very well-equipped. Friendly welcome by Val and it's always nice to have little touches on arrival...very good lemon cake 😋 Good interaction with Gwen, who was later met. A special dedication, following Val's recommendations, for a restaurant "L 'amour à la plage" 7 minutes by car, taken over in April, with a veranda open to the beach and the sea...and "house" kitchen! A nice parenthesis...

The pleasant and tastefully decorated house is perfectly equipped for a family stay with all the useful equipment for children, the outdoor space allowed us to enjoy outdoor lunches, the location is ideal between beaches and city center within walking distance Thank you to Marine and Jordan for their flexibility and little touches scattered around the house to make us feel at home Murielle and Family

We had a great time at Myriam's place. The house is very nice and very well-equipped, nothing is missing. The location is fabulous with great views and direct access to the coastal trail. We'll be happy to go back!

The large living-dining-kitchen overlooks a green garden with the beach at the foot of the garden. An extremely pleasant and intimate small private terrace. The rest of the land is shared but we did not meet the owners of the entire stay. The house is bright and tastefully decorated. The place is very nice in a quiet area of Piriac while being a 5-minute walk from the center. I highly recommend this home and hope to be able to come back soon Thank you for this unforgettable stay

Fantastic, modern, well thought out, clean and super well-equipped place, it feels good immediately. The sea is a stone's throw away with direct beach access, and enjoy the magnificent sunsets from the terrace. Don't forget to pick up shells at low tide, while respecting the regulations. Don't close the upstairs bedroom blind because waking up to a sea view is amazing! The exterior is pleasant and flowery, watch out for snails early in the morning :) Don't hesitate! ;) Richard and Mafalda

Very nice apartment. Well equipped, even coffee capsules were replenished in the stock by the very friendly Valery. Convenient parking, pleasant 10-15 minute walk to all major shops and many good restaurants. For two people, the apartment is ideal.
