This is the second time we've stayed with Christophe and Chantal, and we highly recommend this nice studio with stunning ocean views, all well-equipped and quiet. We appreciated their kindness, responsiveness and special touches, as well as the parking space and bikes available to us. We'll definitely be back! 😀

Very bright apartment with a large balcony with a very pleasant sea view. Great beaches for great walks. All the shops nearby (on foot) - very nice private parking. We had a pleasant stay. Thanks to Christian and his wife.

Very welcoming and accessible host, taking care of us, I came as a solo mom with my 2 children and felt safe every day. Just 5’ from the sea on foot, very clean environment, accessible by bike , scooter ... The accommodation is very cute and super functional . And without the wifi , a real outage! Crazy. We stayed 1 night because we had to take a flight the next morning at 6 a.m. Family of 5, impeccable for 1 night. Jeremy was great, responds to messages quickly, he is clear in his explanations for accessing the accommodation. It's a connected lock, I didn't know about it and we got there without any problems. Jeremy had put out coffee pods for the next morning and that's very nice!!!! The must is the location because it's close to Nantes and especially 5 minutes from the airport! I highly recommend it and when we leave, we'll be back with pleasure.

Very pleasant stay at Randy's! The apartment is clean, functional and pleasant (even with a child and a dog!).

Second stay at Gildas's, When we come back, it's because we like it. Responsive host, flexible on schedules, clean accommodation as described, pleasant location for disconnection. We can only recommend and will probably come back. See you again.

Marie is a great host, understanding, caring, very responsive. We arrived late at our accommodation. At 10 p.m., Marie was able to make herself helpful and available to help us get into the accommodation. Concerned about our well-being, she provided the necessary equipment to make us comfortable with our 2-month-old baby and 3-year-old daughter. Everything is thought out in the accommodation, we didn't miss anything. It was really nice, clean, quiet, 5 min walk to the sea, 2 km from the village where the atmosphere is very nice at the end of the day, where the markets are rich and friendly. In short, a great vacation thanks to Marie! Thank you so much!

My 5th stay at Virginia and Sebastien's apartment, the second “winter version”, just as pleasant and refreshing as summer. As always, I was able to appreciate Virginia's responsiveness in case of questions, the calm of the apartment, the magnificent view, the "cocooning" side of the mezzanine with its comfortable bed with sea view and reading nook, the possibility of doing everything on foot or by transport (even in winter, you can take the bus to La Baule and Guérande at the foot of the Residence). At each stay, I discover new amenities: this time Virginia and Sébastien had the good idea to add a small cart on which you can store supplies, very convenient! Please think about all these little details that make the apartment even more functional. See you soon for a 6th stay!

We had a nice stay at Romain's apartment. Thanks to his dad for hosting us. The apartment is as described. The park is beautiful and you can easily walk to the beach.

Clean and functional apartment. Close pier to Île aux Monines within walking distance, and 15 min from Vannes. Out of season for the pool, we couldn't test. Warm welcome to the residence, and thank you for the board game loan!

Apartment completely in line with the description and photos. Pleasant interior, tastefully decorated, well arranged and widely equipped. Ideal location close to Baule and Pouliquen. Very friendly environment with views of the water and the equestrian center with the exercises of the riders to look at. The heated pool is an undeniable extra comfort. We enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this apartment. The hosting was perfect, very attentive. Thank you so much for all the welcome touches.
