Upstairs, a bedroom with a wardrobe and storage unit (also a TV). Guests can enjoy the residence's heated swimming pool, which is open from June to September 15, depending on the weather. Nearby: Benoît Beach 700 m away - Equestrian center - Atlantia within a 5-minute walk - Tennis - Mini-golf - La Baule Casino - Le Pouliguen, etc.

The house is located in a very quiet environment. On the ground floor is the living room/kitchen, shower room and toilet. The sofa is convertible. Upstairs there are 3 single beds (we can modulate and make a double bed if you wish instead of 2 single beds). Outside you will find a terrace with all the outdoor equipment (table and chairs, deckchair, barbecue). 5 minutes by car from the beach, the city center, the market and the pretty fishing port of La Turballe.
