Cozy little apartment - arrive and feel good

Gommern is a small town in the countryside near Magdeburg (15 km). In summer, nearby lakes in the beautiful recreational area invite you to swim (free access). Long walks or a small bike trip, we have a lot of nature to offer and are happy to give excursion tips. The apartment (58 sqm) overlooking the countryside is located on the 2nd floor of a small three-family house (8 steep steps), 2 minutes' walk from the train station. Dear guests, I am often not at home for work and offer my enchanting loft during this time, which invites you to relax and unwind thanks to its quiet location. At the main train station you are within walking distance in less than 10 minutes. There is a tram stop outside the door.

The 2 room apartment is located in the center of Hasselbachplatz, but in a traffic-calmed side street. The apartment is accessible by elevator. There is also a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. Wi-Fi available with a 30,000 line. Restaurants, super/drugstores, pharmacy, bakery and public Transportation is within walking distance in 2-3 minutes. There are only a few stops from the main train station.

Time out on the Mittelland Canal

Visit us in our small apartment (30 m²) in a quiet location overlooking the Mittelland Canal. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the wind-protected terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Parking for bicycles is available on the property (partially covered). This is also the habitat of our Labrador mix Luci. The journey by car to Magdeburg is 15 minutes and to Haldensleben 21 minutes.

This charming 47 m² loft with balcony and views of parks is the ideal place to relax after a sightseeing tour in Magdeburg. Built in 1912 for the artillery of the Prussian army, it has had a turbulent past and has served as a high-quality residential complex in the west of Magdeburg since 2009. Belonging to the Stadtfeld West district, it is well connected to public transport and yet quietly located.
