Andréa was very kind, polite and agile in communication. The kitnet is very clean, organized and has everything for your stay. The condominium offers 24-hour concierge, which provides a lot of security. There's also an elevator and cart for you to take your luggage to the kitnet. It has a game room with pool table and foosball. To go to the beach, just cross the street. I recommend the property to everyone.

Marcelo is a very good host and his apartment is fantastic! Perfect location, clean and comfortable environment, and a wonderful view. I highly recommend it for those looking for a quiet and pleasant stay. I'll be back for sure!

Leandro is a great host, cordial and attentive, returns contacts quickly. The apartment is very well located, comfortable and spacious. It's also very well equipped. It is not necessary to bring anything but personal items, beach towels, food and drinks (the apartment already has a water cooler filter, which helps a lot and surprised us, as it was not in the description). The configuration of the rooms comfortably accommodates 8 people (3 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds). Anyway, it was a very enjoyable stay! We recommend it! We recommend it.

Had a great stay! We were very well received by Carlos, who gave us clear instructions and showed us the entire apartment. The location is excellent, the apartment is literally in front of the beach, just across the street. The neighborhood is super quiet and the neighborhood seemed very safe to us.
