Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Guaecá

We stayed at Lauren's house on the holiday of 05/01/2025 and everything went as we had discussed and agreed. The house was super clean and as per the announcement. Access to the beach is through a lawn and very close to the beach. As we were with family and young children, the close access from the house to the beach made our experience much easier. Another positive point is the size of the bedrooms and living room of the house that brought comfort to our family. I thank Lauren for her willingness to help us whenever we need it.

Excellent beach house! Very nice place, comfortable and well-equipped house. Integration of the leisure environment with gourmet, kitchen, swimming pool and living room very good! It is worth paying the extra fee for the linen. We felt at home.

Beautiful house with phenomenal view. Full and extremely well equipped house. Sueli was very attentive. As described in the announcement, it is not suitable for children, the elderly or people with mobility difficulties, but the view makes up for the effort. Two bedrooms one suite with double bed and one room with two beds are inside the house and there is a suite with double bed and single bed with a connection by the terrace, this last room has a little more humidity. The office /TV room is super cozy, too bad we didn't even have time to use. Delicious beach, without agglomeration and beautiful. We're going to want to go back.

Our accommodation was excellent, my family and I were extremely satisfied. The accommodations are great, spacious, airy, everything was clean and organized. The house has all the utensils and equipment. The outdoor area is wonderful, with views of the sea and the mountain. Really amazing... we'll be back soon!

Guaeca Beach is one of the most incredible places on the north coast of São Paulo, and of high standard, located 8k of São Sebastião and neighboring Barequecaba beach (3k) where it has a reasonable infrastructure for small purchases. The property's location, right on the sand, is also privileged. Great choice for family. Quiet beach, shallow and most of the time the waves are small. Ideal for children.

We went on our honeymoon, I couldn't have chosen better accommodation than this, we loved the days we spent there, and we will definitely return, Glenda is very kind and helpful, a thousand thanks, thank you very much Glenda, I will return very soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Maria Fernanda's house in São Sebastião! The house is exactly as shown in the photos — spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent, perfect for those seeking rest and contact with nature. Communication with the host was always quick and efficient, and the caretaker welcomed us very well, always helpful and attentive throughout the entire stay. We felt a real welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable experience on the north coast!

Mauricio's space is very cozy and spacious, fully equipped, with air-conditioning in the bedroom and a fan in the living room. The house is very airy, has a garage and is located very close to the ferry to Ilhabela, which can be a key point for those who want to explore both São Sebastião and Ilhabela. Everything for basic necessities of everyday life is near. Mauritius has proven kind and proactive, with nice recommendations.

The accommodation is amazing with a wonderful view. I loved staying there and I definitely plan to come back. Everything was perfect. Clean space and it's identical to the photos. The host gave great tips on places and tours and that helped a lot.

What a happiness it was to host us in this space! The Witch beach is so close to the beach to consider backyard. Beautiful, clean and organized space. Nina was extremely receptive and helped us in everything, including the establishment indications we needed. We were also well received by Shakira kitty, the company was great in the days we stayed there! We hope to return soon.

I really liked the place, very good and organized structure. Excellent breakfast with options for those who eat or do not eat dairy products, which helped me a lot because I am allergic. Great market inside the space, the pool and the beach in front is very private. I recommend it

The site is cozy and the historic center is a beauty, worth knowing. And access to the beaches is easy. I really liked it!!

Great space, with everything we needed to spend a few days, as well as being extremely close to the beach (for walking). Marcos was great, always responded to us quickly and was available for what we needed. The only point is that the kitchen is partially open, and for those who want more privacy, you can lose a bit in this environment.

Second time I stay in an apartment of the same condominium that Erick rents! Simply perfect, almost facing the sea, very close! It had everything we needed utensils, perfect shower, air-conditioning working perfectly, had plenty of mattresses and the TV was perfect. For 4 people it was perfect! I will vote for sure.

Very cozy and great place to stay. The surrounding countryside doesn't have many options of restaurants so car was very helpful. Optimal requested for those who, like me, wanted rest. Very clean and spacious apto. The kitchen is really well-equipped. Pertissimo da Praia, which has few people and which had the structure of the condominium (umbrella and chair) facilitating our life. Lucas was very attentive and answered everything quickly. I highly recommend it and plan to come back!

The space is even better than it looks on the photos. I found it to be more spacious both indoors and in the yard. the backyard wall is also higher than it appears. But what I loved most about the stay were the little details that are not in the listing: very cozy pillows and bedding; wonderful shower; various appliances that are not listed. The owner of the space is unparalleled in her kindness, and responded very promptly to our requests. Next visit to Maresias I will try to rent the space again!

We stayed from Friday to Sunday, since we arrived we already had a great reception from the concierge, very friendly and helpful doormen, parking area is free to stop wherever you want, we were lucky to always have a spot in front of our block, now speaking of leisure the pool was very warm, I used it at night and it was very cold, but I managed to stay good because it was air-conditioned, there is also a game room with ping-pong, foosball and 2 pool tables, another room with tables to play cards and checkers, and there is also a gym, I found everything very organized in terms of the condominium, but the apartment itself was excellent, everything clean, working, warm shower in the 2 bathrooms, there were cleaning items, (broom, shovel, squeegee, cloth, trash, sponges...) in the rooms there was a pillow, warm blanket, comfortable bed, and black out curtains, the only thing that didn't work for me was the 110 outlets, which when used turned off the power of the apartment and I needed to turn it on again, but everything was perfect, thank you

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment is super comfortable, with amazing beds and air conditioning in all rooms, which made all the difference. The house is very well-equipped, it has everything we need for a quiet and hassle-free season. The barbecue on the balcony is excellent, we had a great time there! The beach area is impeccable, with a great structure and condominium staff who are always helpful and friendly. A special highlight was the condominium's ice machine, which was super useful for cooling the cooler drink we took to the beach. No doubt an experience to repeat! I recommend with my eyes closed.
