The house is exactly as advertised, the second time I've stayed in the same house. Always very tidy, clean! Super safe gated community! Foot in the sand! Great location! Jade always responds quickly and is very attentive.

Impeccable house, super equipped and extremely well maintained. 10/10 cleaning by Vilma, a dear and pure sympathy. Excellent cook, she even went to the market for us. The only difference between the listing and what we found is that the rooms with a king-size bed don't have a single bed, but mattresses. So some people ended up sleeping on the floor. Apart from that, nothing but praise. The pool is super heated, the house has a cooler, ice, a cart for transportation to the beach and many chairs. There were 17 of us and there were still chairs left. The stay was very worthwhile, incredible infrastructure

We just spent an amazing weekend at this house in Praia da Baleia! The house is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped — it has all the utensils we need for a perfect stay. There are four suites, a swimming pool, sauna, barbecue, pizza oven and it is close to the beach! The condominium is super nice and safe, with beautiful houses around. The host was excellent, always responded quickly and gave us all the guidelines correctly. I highly recommend it for those who want to enjoy relaxing days with family or friends. We sure want to go back!

A really wonderful house, comfortable beds, an incredible view, you really don't want to leave. Cooking with that view is amazing. We had a family vacation, where there were different spots to work, read, and take in the view. Cyntia, the employee who helped with everything in the house, was really helpful. He cooked for us and was there to meet our needs. Juli the same, she got me everything I asked for/ I would really come back a thousand times!

The house is much better than it appears in the photos, with an incredible leisure area, a perfect environment to enjoy with friends and family, not to mention the household items and bed and bath linens, which are impeccable. I liked it so much that I already booked it for another date, it's worth every penny!

Comfortable house, large and very nice pool, super-equipped kitchen, clean and fragrant bed linens, air-conditioned game room, house super close to the beach, we got to the beach with the sea a little rough, but I've been to this beach other times and the sea is very calm. Aristides always responded to my requests immediately. I recommend it!

Very beautiful and quiet place. Even though it took a few closed days, it was still possible to enjoy the place with that wonderful view. I recommend it and I'll be back soon.

My wife and I had a great stay. The house is simple but well organized and clean. Thiago was very helpful and solved a small maintenance problem quickly, so we were very satisfied. We intend to come back more often!

The stay and experience were excellent from start to finish. In addition to all the natural beauty of the place (sleeping and being with the sound of the waterfall next door was simply wonderful!), the concept of the house, the amenities and the comfort deserve to be highlighted. I would like to highlight a few points: attention to detail in all aspects, clear and efficient communication, including instructions for accessing and using the house with videos, and a well-equipped kitchen, with enough utensils to prepare great meals. Anyway, I highly recommend the stay and I certainly intend to return soon!

Guaeca Beach is one of the most incredible places on the north coast of São Paulo, and of high standard, located 8k of São Sebastião and neighboring Barequecaba beach (3k) where it has a reasonable infrastructure for small purchases. The property's location, right on the sand, is also privileged. Great choice for family. Quiet beach, shallow and most of the time the waves are small. Ideal for children.

The Refuge space is sensational, you experience a part of the world and nature that you usually only see in movies and soap operas. The kitchen is excellent, the deck, garden, bedrooms, the whole environment. I hope to return soon.

Simply perfect! The house is wonderful, simply impeccable. Lucy and her son were very kind and polite, always helpful. Edneia was also essential, and the food was wonderful 🤩 We'll definitely come back more often

Excellent couple! Very organized and clean. Pleasant space full of stories and personality. The hostess Lu was very helpful and polite. Bed and bath linen smelly and well-maintained. Dishes and utensils organized and in sufficient numbers. I'm sure we'll come back another time. Everyone loved it and the beach is wonderful! If you want to combine tranquility with a good accommodation, it is the right choice! Thank you for your care and kindness!

House very comfortable and wide. In a strategic location within a "sanctuary", just steps from the sea. Peace and tranquility reigned. Good bedding, bath and cleaning. I thought it had standup and kayak, as I had seen in the pictures, but it doesn't. Only Beach items were missing, which the house could provide, so that the stay would be more than perfect. Host cordiality is a matter!!!!! Very friendly and helpful. I will return and I will definitely indicate.

Excellent host, very attentive and flexible! Great location on a paradise beach with an excellent internal grenade very good for children and for the whole family. The house is also very good with everything we need to have a beautiful stay. The house is at the beginning of the condominium, so it has a short walk to the beach, but it is not a problem since the path is very quiet and beautiful.

The house is really the wonder you see in the ad. Lots of structure, beauty and comfort. All well integrated. Great bedrooms and bathrooms. The view is a show in itself, amazing, as is the barbecue area and pizza oven. We had all the support we needed quickly and with great kindness and cordiality. The condominium is close to Julião Beach, which is sensational. It was an amazing weekend. It's really worth it!!!

Absolutely wonderful house right on the beach. Great amenities including beach chairs, surf boards and boogie boards, plus more to make your beach days even more enjoyable. The tram was amazing, responsive, friendly, and overall awesome! Would come back again and highly recommend others check out this property, it’s better than you’d expect.

The Ramon chalet is a delight, the bed super comfortable, a super-equipped kitchen, in addition to being 300 mts from the beach, just go down the street. The house is clear but does not disturb the sleep, and although it is close to the highway, it does not compare to the noise of SP. The water pressure is not high, but it doesn't get in the way. Very good beach chairs, a sun umbrella,and even cooler (important because the beach does not have much service). The air conditioning works well, which was essential for the hot days we caught. And on TV there are many streams available. the only point of attention is not to make towels available, as it was advertised. I recommend it!

Our experience was wonderful! The house is even more beautiful in person, full of charm, good taste and beautifully decorated. You can feel the care in every detail. Everything was impeccably clean, with great quality furniture and linens, which made the stay extremely comfortable. The yard is delightful (the dogs loved it!) and the atmosphere of the house is very pleasant. Cristina was an amazing host: always very kind, attentive and available. He gave us great tips on nearby restaurants and places where our dogs could have fun (lol). We felt very welcome. The location is also great — quiet street, close to the beach, good restaurants and in a neighborhood that is a delight. Sure is a place to come back many times!

Vanessa welcomed us very well! The house is beautiful, spotless and very well located. Close to the beach on foot, with nearby markets. Everything is very clean and well maintained. I loved my experience!
