Our house is in an excellent location, in a private residential block, with 24-hour security, 2 minutes from the sea. The house is spacious, single-story and with a large grassy yard. Guaecá is sought after by those who want rest, comfort and safety. In the northern part of the beach, the Sete Voltas hill is used as a takeoff point for hang gliding and paragliding enthusiasts.

Aceitamos apenas um pet de pequeno porte , sendo proibido circulação dele mesmo em guias e com seus tutores pelo gramado do condomínio , sujeito a multa ! A quadra possui um jardim limpo e arborizado, que leva o hospede ate a praia ! Da sala da casa tem a visão p o gramado e da p ouvir o canto dos pássaros e é possível ouvir o barulho do mar!

Spacious living room with Smart TV, Sky, air conditioning and two tables for meals and games, both great for working. Kitchen with all utensils. Checkin is simple and remote. The beach, very quiet, is 90 meters from the house. Efficient and attentive hosts!

The house is located on Pontal da Cruz Beach (see through the Waze App, as Google Maps recognizes it as Praia do Partido, but the address is correct). Spacious, single-story house with 1,700 m² of land facing the sea.
