Complete house on a 7,000m² paradise plot with 9 other independent and private houses for couples. Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain. 7 minute walk from Camburizinho Beach/Camburi Our house is very exclusive, practically the entire house has a sea view (minus the bathroom rs), bedroom with queen bed, ceiling fan and door to the balcony overlooking the sea. Kitchen with utensils, cozy living room with a sofa bed, and large windows with a look!

A casa esta localizada em um condomínio fechado a 100 mts do mar. Da casa saindo pela área da varanda se caminha alguns passos p o jardim e vc tem visão do mar , a casa está localizada numa quadra que não tem entrada pública ficando o local mais reservado. A quadra possue um jardim limpo e arborizado, que leva o hospede ate a praia ! Da sala da casa se ve o gramado e se ouve o canto dos pássaros e é possível ouvir o barulho do mar!

Located in an ARIE (area of relevant ecological interest), where the USP Marine Research Institute is located. Access to the property and 2 beaches controlled by land. In front of the beach, there is a floating bar for boats and there may be music.

Studio Vida - Parking/Air - Historic Center

With a great location, high right foot and spacious bathroom, Studio Vida is in the heart of São Sebastião very close to the charming alleys and buildings dating from the 16th and 17th centuries. It is 50mts from Rua da Praia, 950mts da Balsa to Ilhabela. With a pleasant walk you will find local attractions, cafes, restaurants, bars, theater, bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, local shops, etc.

Houseboat, on the sand & charming...

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).
