Everything corresponds exactly as in the ad. The cabin is super cozy. The condominio has a super nice structure. And the convenience is great!

Our stay was simply amazing! The house is beautiful, super organized, clean and equipped with absolutely everything you may need — from kitchen utensils to small details that make all the difference. The location is excellent, a few meters from the beach and in a super quiet area. We were received with great attention by Mr. Paulo and Mrs. Adelaide, Fabiola's parents, who introduced us to the house, gave us all the tips and made us feel at home from the first moment. During the stay, we count on the help of Neide, who went to the house each morning to help us with the cleaning. Always very friendly and efficient, left everything impeccable — a sure indication of Fabiola, which we also recommend! And the view… what a wonderful view! A real getaway to rest, recharge and enjoy good times with family and friends. No doubt, a place to come back many and many times. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Good house, beautiful and in a quiet place. I think it's a good stay for 4 people. We were at 6 and on the dining table there are only 4 seats and 4 chairs, as well as some cooking utensils such as cups of tea. Because they had 2 children in the group and in the holiday mood, we didn't mind eating sitting on the floor of the room and supporting the plate on the coffee table. It was not a surprise as we saw in the photos, but depending on the group, it could be an important point. We can't use the jacuzzi because it takes a long time to warm up and can't start with the house's electric shower as the di-junctor falls. When we came back from the beach in the late afternoon, there was always someone wanting to take a shower and take the sand out of the body before entering the jacuzzi, so we couldn't keep it on for a long enough heat. With the cold water, no one entered, unfortunately. It would be interesting if they could improve the electrical issue to correct this.

The house is excellent, old with its slate floors and slabs, which in this case only contribute more to a cozy, cozy atmosphere. Very clean and decorated with good taste. Flawless bedding. I rarely stayed in such a clean and airy guest house! The villagers are gentle, discreet, excellent. Their service is worth every penny of the pgto aside, mandatory. They are available + or - between 8 and 17 hs and reach the beach in front of the house, guests are totally dependent on it for the river crossing with the rowing boat. Going on foot on this beach s/ the boat is very far away, and by car is very difficult to park and away from the sand, access is almost at the other end of the beach. We cannot say q is a "foot in the sand" house, which you go back and forth, and no one goes to a getaway like this to drive. Another important point is that the swimming pool is the size of a hydro, very small, without heating. Landscape compensates for detail, we love and super indicate hosting! obg

The house is complete with all items in the kitchen. Clean and pleasant place, very nice landscaping. Flexibility and organization of the owners and managers of the site were impeccable. Always very polite and solicitous. Very good location. Even with a little difficult access through the street, but it is not the fault of the establishment, but the city of São Sebastião, which unfortunately does not take care of the streets and sidewalks of Maresias. Because where the Vila's responsibility access is impeccable. The only point of improvement, which is a detail in the whole, is the cleaning of the pool. High season the pool is very used, so the cleaning needs to be done constantly.

Vanessa is very attentive, the house is excellent, and sleeping with the sound of the sea and walking on the waterfront did a lot of good for me and my husband. We also enjoyed the pool on the day it was cloudy. The stay was worth it and we plan to return, for sure!

Joanita's house is more than charming, it's sensational! Exactly as it appears in the photos, the house is extremely tasteful, organized, clean and surrounded by greenery with many birds singing! Joanita and Barbara were very helpful and attentive, responding to everything clearly and quickly. We hired Elisangela's services, which we recommend with our eyes closed. Eli is a sweetheart, she left everything organized and made delicious food! We'll be back for sure, thanks for the super vacation we had!

Very good stay, clean location, very close to Curral beach, with sea views. The only point is the climb from the street to the parking lot (requires conditioning) and from the parking lot to the house (staircase with approximately 40 steps) I believe that for the elderly it would not be feasible. Everything else is very good, with some new utensils, such as a blender. We'll be back

We stayed at The House, super complete space, with 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen with all items of everyday life, service area and barbecue area. Extremely quiet place, 2 minutes away from markets, shops (walking). Farther ahead of gas station, bars and the beach. The space is beautiful, spotless. Helena super attentive.

Our entire stay was perfect. The house was very clean, very organized and super-equipped. The beach view is a spectacle, and the pool is also wonderful grills. Rodrigo was very attentive with all my doubts, and the Maria who receives us at the house is very dear and gave us several tips. We left already wanting to come back!. We had wonderful days and look forward to coming back soon!

Our stay was wonderful! The house is way better than the ad photos, super airy, wide and very tasty. Super equipped, kitchen with different appliances available. Pertissimo of the supermarket, which makes everyday life much easier. Extremely clean rooms, good quality bed and bathrooms and lots of smells!!! We chose to hire Amanda aside and it was great, a hand in the wheel and a sweetheart! Marcio was also very helpful and kind in all communication. The location and view of the beach is perfect, really foot in the sand! I highly recommend it!

The accommodation is perfect! Don't look for another one, you won't be disappointed. I don't think I've ever stayed in an Airbnb that was so clean, everything working so well, beautiful house, spacious rooms, well decorated. The location of the house is great, next to the little shopping mall of Juquehy, close to everything to do on foot. Just keep in mind that this corner of the beach has been the most crowded, but if it's not a holiday, it won't affect you. It has a beach hut service, the condominium is safe, well maintained, good pool, good air-conditioning in every corner of the house, good outdoor space with the barbecue, very private.

Super cozy house, it was an amazing experience for my family, we will definitely come back more often, the host is a wonderful and very attentive person, for those looking for a house to rest this is the best without a doubt.

The word to define it is Gratitude. From the first contact with Leda, she was attentive the whole time, clarified all doubts, indicated places, tips and full support. The house is just like the photos, cozy space, I felt right at home. Pool always warm, safe place, easy access to beaches, shops (market/bakery/pharmacy) very well located. I didn't experience any issues during the stay, all items in the house work perfectly. It's really worth it, I left already thinking about the date to return… certainly soon. I went with a good, excited expectation. I left with a joyful and contented heart, it was much better than I imagined.

We had an amazing weekend at Ilhabela and Rafael’s place was stunning. It’s in great location, easily walkable to the restaurants. I highly recommend for anyone who wants to spend holidays at Ilhabela stay at his place

Monday of many times I will be back. The house is very delicious, air-conditioning in all rooms, heated pool, super structure for barbecue and kitchen. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms, all suite. The condominium is great, super good location. Gustavo is a super host, always willing. The house is always impeccably clean and needs ZERO maintenance! My favorite place on the North Shore. You can book without fear.
