It was the second time I stayed in the apartment of Beatriz and Roseli, and since the first time the hosts are very attentive responding quickly, the employees of the Barlavento Condominium are gentle and helpful, the apartment has a privileged location, exactly like the photos and descriptions, I intend to return in the coming years.

Catherine was very attentive and requests! The property is perfect, comfortable and modern, recently renovated. The condominium is sensational, it has an indescribable view, simply wonderful! I highly recommend it!

Excellent place, had everything we needed , well equipped . Very good location, stand in the sand, delicious pool, pool restaurant with attentive staff and delicious food!! Supermarket right next to the building, very practical . Manoela was attentive and kind all the time!

Matheus and his wife are great hosts. We went in five people and a pet, we were very well accommodated. We found the apartment clean and airy. Great location for those who like hiking, supermarkets and pharmacies nearby. They were wonderful days. I will come back for sure!

The apartment is wonderful , renovated and very cozy. The site is one of the best in the area with a market next door and very close to the beach. Claudia is very attentive and always ready to help ... at last note 1000 .. super recommended !!!!

The house is perfect, very airy and spacious Condominium with all the infrastructure, fitness center, swimming pools, sauna One of the amenities offered that made the difference were the beach chairs and umbrellas, the staff who put them in the place the guest indicates, everything perfect! The impeccable house has everything in the smallest detail, very beautiful and comfortable, just a little smell of mold , due to being closed and because it has a lot of wood, but nothing that discourses, the property is perfect, beautiful decor, has all utensils , impeccable cleaning, everything for a perfect stay, I felt at home. The condominium is wonderful, as well as beautiful with incredible vegetation, delicious pools. You have to drive to the concierge and leave it there so you can go to the beach, as the house is far away. But from the concierge to the beach about 100m, with beach service, polite and gentle staff. The location of the house is in the best point of the beach , busiest, but for night trips we had to drive, about 2 km away . We love and we will return more often, Note 10!!!!

The place is cozy, beautiful condominium, very nature, with great swimming pools and leisure area. Full house identical to the listing. It is right in front of the entrance 1 of the beach of Maresias, very well located. In addition, Wilder a lot of good people and I request, responding quickly. We spent a wonderful family weekend.

Sandra's place is very spacious, the barbecue area is very delicious to enjoy. The location is very cool, as it is between two beaches, walking about 5 to 7 min, with bakery, pharmacy and restaurants just in front of the condominium. In addition to the condominium being very beautiful, with leisure space, there are umbrellas and chairs available by the beach. The Baleia beach is wonderful, the corner where the chairs of the condominium are are well family, great for the sea bath of adults and children. It was all excellent

The house is excellent, extremely clean, exactly as shown in the photos, very well-used space and daily cleaning of the pool. For those who like to escape the hustle and bustle, and a more reserved place, it is the perfect location (Moreira's corner). The host was very helpful and answered us quickly, clearing up all doubts, I will definitely be back!!!

Christiane was extremely solicitous, accessible and very attentive! The house is exactly as in the description! A small but very well-equipped and decorated house. Bed linens! The condominium pool was clean and is very close to the house. Internet worked perfectly, including for virtual meeting. As we went to the carnival, the street was in a lot of noise and this was the only bad part, as it messed up the nights of sleep a lot, but I believe that outside the carnival it is very quiet. The house is about 200m from the beach, in addition to having a little market and ice creamy nearby. Since it has a ladder without protection, those with small children should have attention, but I had a very quiet experience in this regard!

We were at the Vera residence with our two small children. From the beginning, we were very well oriented and with fast and active communication. The location is good, and the area is quiet, with good options nearby (a few minutes by car). The condominium is wonderful, with an excellent structure to rest and have fun, as well as the house, which offers a lot of comfort. Some small details made our stay even better, such as the total indoor air conditioning,a good barbecue area and the courtesy of the tent assembly service on the beach by the condominium. We enjoyed our stay a lot and hope to be welcomed again. Thank you for everything.

Matheus' house was a grateful surprise in our trip, very cozy and more beautiful than in the announcement itself. Everything was clean, quality utensils and well-structured condominium. Matheus was a great host with clear instructions, responses, and support when needed. We hope to return again :)

We spent a week in the apartment, quiet region, the house has everything you need to make food like stove, air frayer, microwave, some kitchen items, we spend only on the market and save a lot. We slept in the living room because it was very hot in the bedroom and the fans did not work out, but the bed sofa is very comfortable to sleep. We very much like the place and the quieter beaches: Cocanha and Mococa, are clean, have a boat trip to the island of Tamanduá... Keylando always responded quickly, willing to give us information we needed. We felt at home, we wanted to stay longer. It was wonderful!!!

It had already gone again to Caragua, but this weekend was incredible, thanks to the host Sérgio, who contributed to making everything perfect, starting with the cozy, clean and spacious apartment, with a balcony overlooking the sea (praianha) and condominium pool. Nearby Super Market, the beach looked more like a great natural pool for children, me and my family had a lot of fun, kayaking, banana boout, we went to the alligator stone,everything close, we didn't use the car for nothing. We'll be back for sure and we've already left planning a next one,and we've already indicated it to some friends .

The apartment is excellent, all rooms are spacious and comfortable beds. The structure of the condominium is great, the infinity pool with the view of the sunset is a show by side. In addition, the nearby beach and parking structure, in addition to having the option of walking, help a lot in a high season. The host who is extremely attentive and quick to answer. Negative Point ends up being the noise of the cars on the highway. As a suggestion to improve the stay: hairdryer, bigger wine glass, bread knife.
