Great place in great location! A perfect apartment for a family with older children. It was great for us as a party of 5! Highly recommend!

Great Airbnb! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Madrid. It is located in the perfect area, everything is walking distance. The photos don’t do this place justice, it’s even nicer in person! Beautiful little apartment that’s very clean and the AC works great. I didn’t have to take any transportation except to the airport. And since it is in the middle of everything, there can be a lot of traffic so I do recommend you request your taxis via app 30 minutes before (it can take up to 10 mins to even get one).

Mariola was very friendly and responsive. Everything was exactly as we hoped.

Perfectly located for access to the train station and the historic center. Spacious apartment located on a quiet street. Good mattress but bed that squeaked a lot (poorly mounted?) . No bedside lamps. It would take more glasses and cutlery to avoid running the dishwasher half empty. No kettle or teapot. However, we are very happy with our stay!

Sergio's apartment was fabulous....we would describe it as a junior studio...the bedroom is not separated by a closed door but far enough away from the living room area to afford privacy...with the doors and windows closed, the apartment was very quiet for sleeping. The double bed was very comfortable...not too firm and not soft!! The neighborhood was lively...great restaurants all up and down the street...great walking area...in fact, we walked all over the city!! We would recommend this apartment to anyone seeking to enjoy what the center city of Madrid has to offer...always felt very safe...even walking home at 2 am! We had a beautiful stay in Madrid, thanks to the apartment and Andres' service, who was very kind, he even went to look for me when I arrived near the accommodation because I was lost and he was always attentive to our needs. The apartment is very clean, well-equipped and comfortable in every way, meters from the Sol, which allowed us to get around Madrid easily. I would definitely rent it again on my next trip to Madrid. Thank you very much Andres!!!

Very nice modern apartment in Madrid. On the first floor which is nice for getting bags up and down. Near the heart of Madrid with access to all the major transit lines to get around the city. Would stay again!

great place. clean. quiet. well equipped. AC worked well. Near the metro. The Lavapies neighborhood is fine but we much prefer other neighborhoods in Madrid.

We loved this airbnb! The location is absolutely unbeatable and the host was super responsive. We appreciated that despite being right on Plaza Mayor if the balcony doors were closed it was super quiet.

I chose to stay at David's apartment for my graduation and it was an excellent decision. The place was spotless and well equipped, with air conditioning, ceiling fans, extra blankets and cushions for comfort, plus an iron and hangers, which is a very useful detail, and the kitchen has everything you need to do whatever you want. David was very attentive throughout my stay, always making sure I was comfortable. The location is ideal: close to subway and bus stops, and only a 15-minute walk from the Opera area, full of restaurants and lots of nightlife. Totally recommended.

Rafael was a real host. Always friendly in the communications they had in a very quick way. The apartment is 200 meters from the Tirso de Molina metro station from which you can then reach any point in the city. Clean and tidy.

We had a wonderful stay here,we didn’t have a kettle so contacted the host and he brought a new one to us as soon as he could.Very comfy bed and lovely location.Would recommend.

Our stay at the apartment went very well! The apartment is well-equipped, in a semi-basement which allows you to keep it cool! The bedding is comfortable and the bathroom is great (special mention to the jacuzzi after long walks!) The mini terrace is nice! The neighborhood is quiet while having everything within walking distance: supermarket, small shops, multiple bus stops (the best way to get around from the apartment to the more touristy sites!)

A wonderful stay in this house located on a rural estate. I went with my girlfriend for a romantic getaway and the place was perfect. It is true that there are two floors and two apartments, and therefore you can have neighbors, and it is also true that the caretaker of the property lives about 50 meters away; but at no time did I feel my privacy invaded. The furniture and decor are beautiful and in excellent condition. The surroundings are very beautiful, full of nature. Definitely an experience to do it again.

Beatriz and Lauren were wonderful hosts! Very welcoming and helpful! We felt at home there! The location is excellent! Stores, restaurants, parks and historical sites all within a few minutes walking distance. We highly recommend this flat!

If I could give this place 20 stars I would!! - Our hosts were responsive, thoughtful, kind and considerate with every touch point in the suite. So many GREAT recommendations too! - This Airbnb is one of the cutest I have had the pleasure to stay at - not just the adorable design elements, but the efficient layout, well appointed amenities and the general positive energy in the neighbourhood all contributed to a fabulous stay - The location cannot be more central - literally mere steps away from the hustle and bustle of Gran Via and beyond, but still tucked away enough that it's ALWAYS quiet and peaceful - No matter how hot it got outside (and it was HOT during our visit), the space somehow magically remained cool & comfortable! Even though it's fully equipped with AC in the living room and AC and a ceiling fan in the bedroom, at no point did we feel the need to turn them on. It's like a miracle! - Soooo many restaurants, shops, supermarkets etc in the immediate proximity GRACIAS!
