Welcome to our small house, ideally located between sea and forest, in the Grenettes district, and enjoy your holidays with family or friends. Relax in the sun on the large terrace; the beach is just 200 meters away, and the bike paths, ideal for exploring the island by bike, are 300 meters away. For the more athletic, numerous jogging routes, surf spot 300 m, kite spots, golf practice 6 km, horseback riding 5 km. Private parking, garden with no neighbors overlooking it.

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.

A short walk from the sea, our spacious 130 m2 house classified as "3⭐️ furnished tourist accommodation", is located in Lauzières (oyster village at the gates of La Rochelle and near the Ile de Ré bridge). It consists of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs and a bedroom on the ground floor, a shower room, a bathroom, a living room (40 m2) and a large air-conditioned kitchen (30 m2) overlooking an intimate outdoor space.

The house is in a very quiet area, a few steps from the ocean. (500 m) It is south, southwest facing, with a terrace not overlooked, the garden overlooks the vineyard. Parking is free and bike lanes are nearby. Ideal for 4 people, I can however accommodate 5 people, with either an extra bed for a baby (folding crib), or an extra bed in the living room. Departure cleaning is included in the price.
