We had a great family Christmas in this beautiful, newly renovated and very well-equipped house. The accommodation is as described. The spaces allow you to enjoy time and activities all together (we were 13 people, from 17 to 82 years old), while being able to get quiet at other times. Marc was available and responsive. We recommend it!

We came to spend Mother's Day with our children in this beautiful home. We were very kindly welcomed by the person who opened the house to us. Pleasant not to go through a lockbox. We were able to appreciate its great comfort and refined decoration. The bedding is excellent, the kitchen equipment is amazing to prepare good dishes. The flowery exterior, perfectly maintained with its different living rooms is a plus. The heated pool delighted us. We would definitely recommend it.

The house is absolutely great (I agree with some older reviews: the living room and the rooms are much more spacious than the photos let them guess: it's a nice surprise when you arrive). We appreciated the amenities, comfort and decoration of the house, as well as its location: full of nice walks nearby, a delicious bakery in Dompierre (L 'AuthentiQ), one of the best dinners of our life at the restaurant La PierreVue in Saint-Rogatien, La Rochelle and its aquarium to see absolutely less than 20 minutes away... The heated pool in this sunny early April was a real enchantment. Finally Marine is a particularly warm and attentive host, and the communication was very pleasant. We will come back without hesitation!

We stayed for a week in Nicolas's lodge, perfect for 4 people. What can I say about the impeccable cleanliness of the lodge, the two bathrooms offered, the services of the estate (the heated pool in winter and the sauna!!!) and the unfailing kindness of Nicolas. We'll definitely be back. Go there without a second thought, you won't be disappointed. Chrystele and Jimmy .

A great stay, we were able to enjoy while paying attention to the noise so as not to disturb us, the hosts never told us anything. The houses are great, the pool is large and the gym is at its best!!!

Alain and Celine's house is in the heart of Sainte-Marie, both close to shops/restaurants and less than 10 min walk to the beach. It is comfortable, full of charm and very well equipped. The stove for the cooler evenings and the terrace with garden for sunny moments are very nice. Seasonal parking of 15 spaces 5 min walk away. Consider taking the essentials for the stay. Although they have already served quite well, the 2 bikes available are very convenient (in case of accidents (ex: puncture), the repair is the responsibility of the tenants).

We had a great time at Jacques' place. He is a welcoming and available host. The house is very nice and comfortable, the different living spaces are a plus. We'll be happy to go back!

Nice place to stay within walking distance of a mini golf course and one of the beaches of Fouras. To access the city center and the Grande Plage doable on foot but also by car place available. Perfect for a couple with a child The owner is very responsive and offered us things that were happening in Fouras

Vanessa’s home is extremely intimate, the house has been in the family for generations. But the renovation makes staying there a dream. There’s are so many personal and special touches. The bedrooms and bathrooms are charming and efficient. There is lots of hot water and water pressure. The sinks and showers are big enough to feel luxurious. The kitchen is so well supplied you know their family enjoy it. The location is superb, both central and private. Having a laundry was great. And Ile d’Aix is an out of this world wonderland.

Very well equipped house, I had my two children (4 years old and my 10-month-old baby) all the equipment for children was available even games for children my son was delighted. The description is as advertised by Sophie. Cleanliness was de rigueur, nothing to say. Really nice house you can go for a second thought. Easy communication, Sophie is accommodating.

The expression "like at home" lends itself perfectly to our feeling. Everything was great. Aurélie was responsive, friendly and accommodating. Thank you for everything.

Super private accommodation with superb terrace, everything is clean from the floor to the bed linen and towels. We were 3 couples, we all enjoyed this large house with its 3 bedrooms and bathroom. Sarah and her husband are lovely, we were hosted very well. Just 2 steps from the house is an Intermarché, which is very convenient for some shopping and the gas station :) The place is quiet and the house is well soundproofed. I would 2000% recommend this listing.

Very nice stay for a family. Close to Puy du Fou, that's what made us choose this place. Then when we arrive we see the superb view, the great accommodation, the little touches left by the hosts... very good!

Quite demanding by nature, I can say that the accommodation is of very good quality. Excellent cleanliness and level of equipment. No complaints. Nathalie was there when we needed her. We had a pleasant stay in Dominique's small house. The house is beautifully decorated and perfectly equipped, which made our stay most comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful terrace, offering a peaceful view of a small pond with water lilies and small discreet frogs, which had the delicate attention of protecting us from mosquitoes. The location is ideal, just an hour from the Poitevin marshes and the Mourat vineyard, where we were able to enjoy great bike rides followed by wine tastings. Dominique was a charming and very welcoming host, we immediately felt comfortable in her home. We highly recommend this listing for a relaxing stay full of discoveries!

From the moment we booked we felt looked after by Maureen. Valerie was a real star, waiting to greet us and show us around. Maureen's house is very much a home from home. The local beach is very near and the town and extensive food market is 10 minutes walk away, with the harbour a great place to grab a bite to eat or a coffee whilst watching the world go by. Can't wait to go back.
