Stayed there multiple times and always. a great experience

The dining table out on the deck, looking out over a forest and chirping birds, was just what we needed for dinner after a long day on the road. Aiden's place is elegant, clean, bright, check-in was a breeze, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was plenty roomy enough for us, and we will be back.

Me and my partner spent a week at this Airbnb and we enjoyed staying in there. The place is quiet, the house is just like in the photos, and very comfortable. It’s in a convenient location, only 3 minutes from public transportation, close to Old Town, and with easy access to Washington D.C. I definitely recommend it!

Absolutely would stay there again. She is wonderful, the place was clean and comfortable. She is a wonderful cook and super friendly.

Great place. I thought I was renting a bedroom and bath, but it was actually included a living room and dry bar with fridge and coffeemaker. Far exceeded my expectations. Bed was comfortable. Location was quiet. Absolutely nothing to complain about. I am in the Alexandria area frequently to visit my grandchildren and there are occasions when I am not able to stay at their house. This will my go to location in the future.

The experience was wonderful at this home. Everything was super clean, peaceful and the owner was extremely helpful. She made us feel welcome and went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this home to my friends and colleagues.

Charming old home with updated kitchen appliances. Well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Kitchen has a sturdy table and chairs. Also has a dining area. Lots of comfy furniture to lounge on and watch TV. Comfy bed, pillows & comforters. Plentiful towels. No shampoo & conditioner. Easy level parking. Several new homes nearby, were in the process of building. Home next door seemed near completion. So it started to become noisy around 8 am. You could easily walk to shopping, restaurants and Rite Aid Pharmacy. Walmart & Costco are less than 2 miles away! There is a nature preserve at end of street that you could walk to with your dog. Saw a young deer early morning. The entire apt is on 1st floor. Second level is closed off. The a/c worked very well to keep us cool on a few humid hot days during our visit. Jacqueline was very nice to reach out to us if we needed anything. She allowed us to extend our time if we needed at checkout.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment as a family of 3. It was comfortable, and peaceful, and as described. The kitchen had enough utensils and amenities to cook home meals. We stayed with a toddler and felt that the apartment was family friendly. The AC worked very well during 90-degree temps. The location is superb and extremely walkable - we walked to King Street or old town Alexandria every day. We were also able to take the metro into Washington DC- very easy walk to the metro. We would stay again next time we are in the area!

Anne is very thorough when checking on a guest. She wants people to feel comfortable and makes sure they understand how to operate the appliances in the home. She has a garden and doesn't mind sharing the fresh herbs and berries in them. Initially, I was bummed about the strict check-out time (out by 8:00 am), but due to a delay in the cleaning service's ability to arrive to clean the place, I was able to check out at 11:00 am. She was responsive to questions or concerns I had. Her home is immaculate! She explained the cleaning/sterilization process, so this is a great place to stay for people who suffer from allergies. The neighborhood is quiet, and you are within walking distance of a few restaurants, a grocery store, and some shops.

Stayed at Erin’s place for a night and wish it was longer! The room is steps away from the restaurant I met with my friends at. It is situated near all that Del Ray and the rest of Alexandria has to offer. In addition, the bed was quite comfortable and the suite itself is quite luxurious.

It's no surprise why this listing is always booked. Located in a quiet neighborhood near the airport with lots of dogs, this property is insanely cute. This is an amazing place for solo travelers or couples. It was a perfect place to spend the weekend. If its available for the dates of your travel I would highly recommend booking here.

Alex was always reachable, and attentive by text. The place was comfortably and tastefully decorated and very relaxing. It is a third floor walk up, but I found a parking spot right in front of the door so unloading and moving in was a breeze. Even though there are several residences in the building there was no noises, even the street was quiet. I walked to the waterfront and there were many restaurants, lots of people to meet and places to hear music. It was a perfect stay.

Quiet, private location with a pet-friendly setup. The space met our needs for a short stay and communication with our host Jad was very responsive throughout our stay. Loved the woods and amazing walking trails! Thanks Jad!

Mid-Century Modern made for a convenient, clean and comfortable stay in Old Town Alexandria. It's a short walk to the waterfront or the Metro with a wide range of restaurants and shops along the way. The unit has a cool 1950's decor and although we only stayed one night, there's plenty of space here to feel comfortable for an extended stay. Tessa was proactive with information and quick to respond. We took advantage of the off-street parking space that was offered for a reasonable fee. It was just a block away in a small lot, with a sign to reserve the spot.

Isabella's place was a great spot to stay. we appreciated how walkable it was with great restaurants very close by. The space felt comfortable and private. Thank you for an excellent time!

Our stay at Occaquan was peaceful, relaxing, and very much needed. Arriving to the parking lot was a breeze, only because if John's specific instructions to find it, that was very much appreciated after a long drive. Walking into the place, first impression, looks just like the picture. The very next thought, "how cute is this". From the beautiful window behind the couch with a lovely tree to watch birds in to the cozy feeling of being in a familiar place. This place is quiet, surrounded with beautiful historic scenery, and has many local shops and vendors to spend an afternoon exploring. We walked down to the park by the water way and learned some history while soaking up the sun and the breeze of nature. I absolutely recommend John's place for a stay. I know I will be returning for a simple, relaxing get away, once again! Thank you John for everything!

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again. This property was perfect! The location was walkable so many good stores and restaurants on King Street. Very clean and was exactly as pictured. Isin was very nice, welcoming and answered any questions within seconds of messaging him. Took the time to send us recommendations of new and favorite restaurants and stores. We had an absolute blast and will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

We had a terrific experience. We were familiar with the area as we lived in Old Town a few years ago so the location was easy for us. If you are unfamiliar with the locations I can tell you it is easily walkable to King Street and many other amenities are nearby. Amanda is a great host - the apartment was perfect for the 2 of us to stay, it was immaculate and was everything she described. Amanda is very responsive, friendly and her directions for accessing the apartment were very clear. We would definitely stay again on a future visit.

If you are seeking a clean and convenient place to stay to enjoy the National Harbor, look no farther! Not only was the condo a perfect getaway, but Kenny is extremely kind and a great communicator! He made sure our anniversary getaway was everything we hoped for! Definitely recommend!
