Clarence was a great host. The house is exactly as pictured and including more stocked items for guests and a normal airbnb host. Very response and easy to communicate with. The house was perfect for us and the beds were heaven

We enjoyed our stay at Aaron’s place which was centrally located and matches the description listed. The Brownstone is beautiful and walkable to everything. Great neighborhood for a stroll with a whole foods close by and the US historical buildings. The space was beautiful and free of clutter, the host even provided metro cards for our use. Host was also very responsive and checking in on us. Would definitely book again.

If you are looking at AirBNBs in DC and came across Greg’s listing, you can stop looking because you’ve found the one! My family of four (myself, my husband, and our two young teen daughters) stayed here during our trip to DC and it could not have been more perfect. Greg’s place has quality furnishings, a quality iron, nice towels and linens, is spotless, well-maintained and well thought out. His friendly labels in perfect places aid your stay. The hand soap, dish soap, lotion, dishwasher detergent, laundry supplies, and even coffee and other kitchen essentials were SO helpful and we appreciated it all! It felt like a home away from home. There are strategically placed multi plug units at the bedsides and desks so you won’t have to hunt for outlets, extra blankets and towels at the ready, and plenty of hangers. The use of a door code is easy and convenient, the location is quiet, safe, and walkable to two metros. I don’t think any AirBNB could ever top Greg’s and I would stay again!

We met at this AirBnB for a 50 year reunion from the US Coast Guard. This unit was in a perfect location, convenient to Clifton, VA where we would meet each day. The unit was very comfortable with all the amenities we needed. It was very clean and had a great kitchen. What is tops in my book is that it is a very quiet townhouse so sleeping each night was great. The only negative was that the keypad for entry didn't work when we arrived but Linda was very responsive to that issue and had someone come over to let us in and to fix the keypad, which turned out to be just a bad connection on the batteries. Linda was always very responsive to questions that we had before arriving. We would definitely stay here again because of the price, location, cleanliness, peace and quiet, and all the nice amenities that were in the unit. Also, we found the parking right in front of the unit was secure and convenient.

Overall good location, clean, looks like the photos. Only flag is that you can very clearly hear people walking upstairs.

Scott was very easy to work with. provided check in and check instructions multiple days in advance. home was clean and neighbors were quiet. we didn't do any cooking but kitchen was well equipped if we had needed it. beds were comfy and clean. plenty of toilet paper, towels and paper towels. washer and dryer with laundry pods a definite plus! we were so close to the metro station and a few stores. the place was prefect for us and the hosts are very responsive. you must must must eat at Omar's. it's absolutely delicious and super close to the house! we honestly had the best food every place we ate. Breakfast at Matt and Tony's is a must but get a reservation. baked and wired cupcakes are delicious. thankfully we walked a lot!! thank you for opening your home. it was great trip and having a nice place to come home to each night made it better.

The place is cozy and comfortable. Love the little attic area for relaxing and reading. The host is very responsive and super helpful. Highly recommend this place!

We had an incredible stay in D.C., thanks to Carlos! The location was peaceful, the home was beautiful and spotless, and I felt very comfortable and relaxed, which was exactly the vibe I needed to welcome a new chapter in my life. The hosts were friendly, the space was excellent, and the hospitality was exceptional. I would recommend it for those wanting a nice work/rest stay in one of the United States most vibrant cities.

It’s an ideal location making it close to a lot of attractions in DC, Maryland and locally around Alexandria. The place was spacious, clean and accommodating. It had everything me and my family wanted. Would definitely stay again!

We were in town for a Nationals game over Memorial Day Weekend. This was the best space. The house was quiet and clean and you can see the Metro Station from the front door. Six adults were easily accommodated. Many restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance but the best part was the parking spot. We didn’t move the car all weekend. We would definitely recommend and stay again!!

We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations during our stay! John’s place was clean and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the hot water and water pressure were excellent! The backyard space was relaxing at the end of a busy day and we loved the quiet friendly neighborhood atmosphere with tons of walkable restaurants. Next time we are in town we will be booking again!

We could tell that Ali added nice touches to make our stay extra special. Some snacks, lovely lighting for the back porch, and plenty of space to spread out inside. The pool table was cute for the kids. Adults played too and we got a kick out of it. It was very clean and I appreciated the decorations.

Great stay! We walked to everything! You have to look for parking, but it only took 5 minutes to find something.

This B&B is very nice, very clean. The landlord is very nice and helped us solve many problems. The room is well prepared. I like it very much. The decorative paintings on the wall must have artistic taste. It's super good. I will come again next time.

Parking and street traffic can be a pain in Georgetown. But this place was just a couple blocks off the main drag, which allowed for quiet streets and ample parking. The house style is minimalist which made for a clean house. Overall, Great stay.

Truly a home away from home! This AirBnB exceeded my expectations with all the commodities provided: laundry items, paper towels, coffee, plenty of towels, washcloths, paper towels, etc. And even unexpected items like travel shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc! We were extremely pleased! If you’re looking for a place to call home, this is the spot!

Although not as close to the action as you may want, once inside you will find a very updated home with plenty of amenities. Easy to get inside. Relatively quiet (it is DC after all). And easy check out procedures.

I cannot recommend this property enough. This air bnb is one of the best on the market for the price. Everything you need for a night; or multi-day stay. The kitchen is incredible. The cleanliness was an obvious emphasis by the owner. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was just like home. I travel frequently for work and have not stayed at a better property. 10/10 across the board.

we had a great trip! the house was beautiful, within walking distance to many restaurants and stores, and very clean. Angie was very informative if we needed anything and very friendly :)

It was perfect for a long weekend! We had 4 adults and my 11m old with us for the trip. It was enough space for us to hang out between sight seeing and exploring. It was also quiet - some street noise, but nothing crazy even on the Friday/Saturday evenings. We had plenty of space in the bedrooms for a rented crib, too. The high chair was a nice touch and we used it for quick breakfast and dinners for our son. The place is walkable to some coffee places and local resturants, but we needed to drive down to the National Mall. Not a big deal since we needed a car for the carseat. There is no private parking, as listed, but we didn't have a tough time on the weekend finding 2 hour street parking. Because we drove to various places, it was never an issue for us. We also found overnight street parking Friday-Monday. You do need to be mindful of the street parking signs, because not all blocks are the same but we didn't face any issues.

We had a wonderful stay at Absi’s place. Clear instructions to check in and out. The place was clean and welcoming. It had nice touches that had us feeling right at home. The location is central to all we had plans for. We felt very safe, and it was also nice and quiet. Check out was simple and not a ton of extra tasks for us to do. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.
