Location is near Amsterdam, but not in the city itself! Best way to go to the city is by taxi (use the Uber app), costs around 20 euros. Nearest bus stop is 15 min. walking.

Essa experiência, vou chamar de experiência porque é mais que uma casa flutuante, foi incrível, inclusive considero meu top 1 locaçoes no Airbnb, Frans e sua esposa sao incrivelmente gentis nos fazendo sentir em casa, a casa tem absolutamente TUDO que precisamos incluindo kit de primeiros socorros, Frans tbm nos disponibilizou 2 bicicletas que facilitou muito ir ao mercado e a estaçao de onibus, fomos muito bem recebidos e só não ficamos mais pois a casa não tinha data disponível 🥲, mas amamos, e estou ansiosa para voltar.

Vivian hat mich sehr freundlich aufgenommen,ich habe mich direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt.Mein Zug hatte Verspätung und ich kam viel später als angekündigt.Vivian hat klaglos auf mich gewartet und mein schlechtes Gewissen mit ihrem strahlenden Lächeln weggewischt.Sie ist wirklich eine ganz bezaubernde Lady mit einem großen Herzen.Die Unterkunft war sauber und gemütlich,in einer sehr ruhigen gepflegten Nachbarschaft gelegen.Absolute Weiterempfehlung…war sehr traurig,dass der Aufenthalt heute schon vorbei war.

Johannes war der beste Gastgeber, den man sich vorstellen kann - hilfsbereit und super freundlich. Er hat uns viele wertvolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben – zum Beispiel, wo man gut essen gehen kann und er war immer erreichbar. Besonders berührt hat uns, dass er für uns Snacks und Getränke eingekauft hat. Die Unterkunft war nicht nur gemütlich, sondern bot auch einen traumhaften Ausblick. Alles war super klar erklärt und organisiert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – absolute Empfehlung! Danke nochmal ❤️

Loved staying with Rick - the views from the room are really gorgeous and Rick was a considerate host. The bathroom's super clean and the rooms amenities were as described which was perfect for us. We hired bikes, felt very safe locking them up outside the block, and it's a lovely cycle from the flat to central Amsterdam. Would definitely recommend staying with Rick
