Nel piazzale condiviso, dove sono presenti 2 cani innocui, si può parcheggiare l'auto. Appartamento ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti. D'estate è sempre fresco, anche senza aria condizionata. Sprovvisto di cucina, ma sono presenti microonde, frigorifero, macchina del caffè (con caffè), bollitore e stoviglie.

A cozy stone and wood chalet with amazing views of the Apennines, surrounded by nature with a large garden where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular sunsets. We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

Self contained studio flat with own entrance. Double height, single volume space. Ideal for a couple or family with small children, or three single friends. Dining areas in garden and on sun terrace. Basic fee for up to 2 guests. Children under 2 years old who only need a travel cot stay for free but will be charged a fee to use the swimming pool. Si trova presso i Villini Archetta Mattei, costruzioni eccentriche ideate dal Conte Cesare Mattei, il padre dell'elettromeopatia, che viveva e operava nella magica Rocchetta Mattei a un paio di km di distanza. Amici e pazienti del Conte alloggiavano presso i villini, un'esperienza romantica rara per l'epoca in Appennino.
