Tuscan Nature Views From Casa Gave

The house consists of two apartments within a wing of the Gave manor house in Sorana, a little village in the heart of Svizzera Pesciatina in Tuscany. Far from the crowd of cities, it's the right place where to escape and find relax. Admire the original wood beam ceilings and wooden fixtures while sitting around the indoor fireplace or spend a sunny afternoon out in the garden under the pergola or in the swimming pool surrounded by the olive trees terraces (airbnb.com/h/casagavenaturarelax). The apartment, with separate entrance, is composed as follows: - kitchen-living room with wood burning fireplace complete with all appliances, microwave, kettle and TV; - double bedroom with wardrobe and sofa bed. Removable baby bed available on request; - bathroom with toilet, shower and bidet. The property was completely renovated in 2017 respecting the original features, such as ceilings with chestnut beams, local stone walls, chestnut window frames and wrought iron gates. The furniture are made of wood recovered from the original beams. Outside there are a pergola covered by a wisteria where you can relax or eat and a bbq available for lunches and dinners. A ping-pong table and table football are also available. As we live next to the apartment we are available for any need of the guest. The home is in a natural setting with multiple areas for scenic hikes to enjoy. Take a trip to the amazing Lucca or to the Montecarlo vineries, or to the seaside in Versilia, have a spa day at Montecatini Terme, visit the Pinocchio Park in Collodi, and enjoy authentic cuisine at the local restaurants. I was hosted by Francesca, very kind, welcoming and helpful, I found the apartment tidy and clean, and it also has a side table with chairs to eat outdoors. The pool is close to the apartment, and has an outdoor shower with hot water. The place is quiet, I recommend it for those who love tranquility surrounded by nature, there is also a nice viewpoint and you can admire the sunset.

We enjoyed our time in Abetone. Finding the unit was a little challenging but that could just be our inexperience on narrow and steep roads. Everyone we interacted with was welcoming and helpful in town. The unit was as advertised and Gloria communicated well.

We had a great time at Carlo and Elena's. The fenced garden and swimming pool were a real plus. Not to mention all the little touches Carlo was able to have for us, and even a gift for our little puppy. The place is peaceful surrounded by mountains with beautiful views. We would recommend this house and its host because everything was perfect!

A very kind and attentive person, she speaks French very well and gave us very good advice for finding a restaurant. She offered our daughter a small chicken and chocolates because it was Easter weekend, a charming touch and had prepared a basket for our dog. In short, we were very well hosted. As for the accommodation, it is very spacious, well furnished, there is absolutely everything you need, nothing is missing. The environment is very quiet and there are some lovely walks to take. I would highly recommend it!

My family and I had an amazing time at Callum’s and Jessica’s place. We spent 10 days at the place. It was loca in a super nice and quiet area with the bus stop few meters from the house. Callum and Jessica were so friendly and very helpful. They even helped us with some baby stuff for our little baby, as we couldn’t bring it ourselves. I definitely recommend this place!
