In the immediate vicinity of the Rangger Köpfel ski resort (about 3 minutes away). In the immediate vicinity of Innsbruck (about 15 minutes). Idyllically located in a quiet location with a fantastic mountain backdrop. Perfect for families, couples and as a workplace. The place is ideal for 4 people. There is also a pull-out couch for 2 more people. All beds are double beds. For babies there is a separate crib. There is a nice children's playground right in front of the house.

When we were in this place for the first time many years ago in the middle of the hiking paradise, we were immediately captivated: the smell of natural meadow, the tranquility of the forest, pure nature, the ski and toboggan run in the immediate vicinity. Where there were once separate guest rooms, there is now a newly renovated, light-flooded 100 sqm 3-room attic apartment with mountain views, in which I now live.
