Monthly Rentals in Grindleton

Spacious upper floor apartment inside a lovely end cottage. Idyllic location in the village of Grindleton. Perfect for scenic walks and only a short car or bus journey away to the market town of Clitheroe. The apartment is homely and clean, with plenty of parking on the road outside. The local pub, The Rum Fox, is supurb and is located across the road. Sunday lunch was delicious. We enjoyed our stay here over the festive period and will no doubt be back again.

Delightful garden. Just on the edge of the Forest of Bowland AONB. Some taxing runs possible from here, if you enjoy running, without using your car. The Trough of Bowland itself is a few miles by car, and is utterly delightful and not over touristy. The Accomm is small, as described, but there's everything you need there. And I spent much much more time in the garden than outside, and was able to write in the garden, down by the stream, a lovely quiet spot. The local pub does 3 courses for £23 and the food is out of this world - French chef and excellent young sous-chef too. It's 2 minutes walk away too. Will definitely go back here. I was almost tempted to give it a poor review so that it wouldn't be booked up ext time we want to go, LOL.

Spent a lovely weekend at Acorn Cottage. Elizabeth was extremely friendly and accommodating. One of the nicest quaint getaways I have had. Loved the short walk into town and having a local shop so close by. 10/10!
