Monthly Rentals in Griante

Unfortunately, one of our party became unwell just 3 days into our planned 2 week stay. However, Jennifer & Andrea were very communicative throughout the process of returning home, and then were very helpful in assisting us with the subsequent insurance claim. I really can not recommend them enough as hosts. We couldn't have asked for better. Despite our short stay, we did have the opportunity to briefly enjoy this incredible villa. The setting is wonderful & the villa is perfectly situated on Lake Como for access to ferry terminals, whilst still being in a quiet area. Menaggio is nearby for all of the amenities one could need, and the village has a couple of local restaurants as well. The swimming pool in the grounds was exceptionally clean and peaceful. It is a very tranquil setting overall. The apartment itself was very clean and tidy and, despite my initial concerns, there is space for at least 4 adults. If you are looking for somewhere peaceful and quiet, I'd highly recommend!

After a difficult arrival due to a flood and bike race in Como which had stopped the buses , Maria’s husband Paolo gave us a lift to the apartment as he was in Como and even stopped at the supermarket for us. We were extremely grateful and he was a very nice man. We stayed for 7 days in this beautiful apartment. The view was simply stunning and the apartment perfect. Maria had left a welcome bottle of Prosecco and some biscuits. We got the ferry to Bellagio one day and hired a boat for 4 hours which was absolutely fantastic. Maria was very fast and helpful in her responses. The public transport is not so good and we spent alot of time waiting for buses. Without a car and on a steep hill with alot of rain did make a few days a bit tricky but when the sun is out it is beautiful. If you need a taxi to Milan airport we recommend booking with. Airports Taxi Transfers. It cost about 170 euros and they were exceptional, also about 100 euros cheaper than local taxis.

Irina was very responsive and answered all our questions. The location of the apartment is super, nearby the ferry and amazing views. We had a great time, thanks!

Our stay in Cadenabbia/Griante was the highlight of our trip to Italy. The Belle Ile suite was more beautiful than the pictures show. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Lara met us upon our arrival and oriented us to the apartment and the area around us. All of Lara's recommendations were spot-on, including her suggestion that we visit Menaggio. The town was one of our favorites! We also loved our meal at Ristorante Belle Ile, another Lara recommendation. We'd love to stay here again, and we'll definitely recommend Belle Ile to our family and friends.
