Staying at the Park Cottage means you get a clean and sanitized home all to yourself, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, comfy living area with internet connected TV, second floor loft with two single beds and play area for kids. You also get a sunroom with beautiful forest views, and an outdoor firepit. We are located adjacent to Paris Mountain State Park property, and a State Park Pass is included in your stay.

PRIME LOCATION DOWNTOWN in the West End close to everything! You can literally park & not drive again! Main Street & its Shops & Restaurants, Falls Park, & the Baseball Stadium are a 2 minute walk away! This was recently our personal residence & we left it feeling like home for you! Fresh paint in all rooms & new furniture. Downstairs is the living/dining area, front/back patios & 1/2 bath. Upstairs, both rooms have vaulted ceilings, king beds, smart tvs, full bathrooms, & laundry in the hall.

The Cottage at Old Oaks Farm

Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.
