It is a very comfortable and clean home that features all new mattresses, beds, washer, dryer, & much more!

We are located in the Pettigru Historic District and are just a 5 minute walk from Bon Secours Wellness Arena and a 15 minute walk to Main Street. This is an upstairs unit (1 of 3 total units located within the triplex) and has a private, exterior entrance. There's a kitchen with all the utensils, pots, bowls, plates, cups, etc. that you could need for your stay as well as a stocked Nespresso machine!

A covered patio features a spacious dining set with comfortable chairs, surrounded by greenery. A ceiling fan is visible, providing circulation. The in-ground pool can be seen in the background, along with a storage shed and a fenced yard, creating a private outdoor space.
