Warm, thoughtful, artistic, with everything I needed available. The space has lots of character, and the heirloom clawfoot tub…!! It’s in the details like the fairy lights that greet you at sunset filling your walk to your door with peace and tranquility. Vic is a gem with so many on point recommendations! Her green thumb has you enjoying every step you take to your front door. I enjoyed my stay here and would have stayed longer if I could. I recommend her place unreservedly. Perfect location on a quiet street but across from green lake and a 10 minute walk to restaurants and coffee shops. It had everything I needed for my short stay and would stay again.

Michelle’s place is incredible — it was so comfortable and extremely clean, and the location right at Green Lake and close to Aurora/Highway 99 is very convenient. The kitchen is fully-equipped, which was great! The overall space is very beautiful and welcoming, and also cozy. There is great light in the kitchen/living room area, especially on sunny days. Street parking was very easy directly in front of the house. I hope to stay here again on future Seattle visits and can highly recommend it!

We visit Seattle often and like to find places to rent. This Green Lake neighborhood in the springtime is absolutely beautiful. Kathy's lawn and flower garden are just so well done and the birds who visit were a special treat. Walkable to the lake and downtown area was a plus. The beds were extremely comfortable and the apartment is charming. It was nice to meet the owner and know she was there if we needed anything.
