Half a block from Green Lake Park, this bright, charming, comfortable basement studio has its own private entrance and bathroom, as well as a free, dedicated off-street parking space. Short walks to restaurants, bars, shops & outdoor activities -- and the lake! -- in the vibrant, popular Green Lake neighborhood. (Plus, I use hypo-allergenic detergents for linens.) As of May 2025, we have brand-new flooring, newly painted walls and heated floors in the bathroom, as well as a heated towel rack!

Wonderful top floor near everything! This private and charming apartment is just west of a large wooded park, the zoo, and a large lake with bike and walking trails and boat rental. Just to the North are several blocks of shops, pubs and restaurants. Very walkable, but metro is a block away and heads directly to the core of downtown and the Pike Place Market, with easy connections to the stadiums and the waterfront. Done with the city? Sit out under the 100 year old apple tree in the garden.
