We keep coming back! It's comfy and cozy for two, and it's convenient for visiting Ballard or getting to downtown Seattle. The description and pictures of the space are accurate, and we appreciate the well-laid out space.

my husband and I have stayed in many airbnb's, but this is the absolut Best. the apartment is beautifully decorated. The bed is very comfortable. The apartment is equibbed with everything you could want. we were so comfortable staying here and will definition stay here again.

The apartment looks on onto the lake and it was very nice to sit out on the patio watching sea planes and boaters. The interior was comfortable, stylish, and very clean. I felt the mattress was quite comfortable. Easy parking right out front. While the apartment is on a busy road, it was not disruptive and it didn't bother us at all during the night. The communication was great and proactive. I would definitely stay here again!

Incredible is an understatement, both the host and place gave me such a good welcome and experience of Seattle that I almost didn’t want to come back home. Everything from the window view, proximity and warm energy made my stay such a beautiful experience. Staying here is top must especially if it’s your first time!

A few things to mention: there is a reason why the rating is 4.99. The place is great for those looking for a full unit. The location is nearly unbeatable as far as beauty, walkability, things nearby and and proximity to other locations (shopping, fitness, downtown). The hosts are very friendly and helpful. I will note that my GPS pointed me to the wrong side of the street, so that is something one may need to consider.

We had a great stay there. THe location was quiet and lovely and the host was really responsive and helpful with our questions and requests. The house itself is nice and cozy too.

Was the perfect spot for my husband and I to spend a long weekend. The space was clean and had everything we needed. Great bathroom and shower. We loved the location and the ease of check in and check out. We were close to everything and able to bounce around on the bus to all of Seattle’s sights! Would definitely stay again!

Just as lovely as the photos & very clean! The bed was very comfy, there were two different pillow types - so firm / soft options are both available. The apartment is well situated close to all the attractions but in a quiet residential area. Lots of attention to detail throughout the space — seeing the space needle from the entry was a cherry on top! Would definitely recommend!

Enjoyed our stay. Ian was responsive and due to our parties split arrival time allowed us to check in a little earlier. Clean, cute, functional place. Restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful surroundings. Would definitely stay again if back in Seattle.

Great host and beautiful apartment. Sweet outdoor space. Very quiet and clean with everything we needed for a nice stay. The unit has quite a few stairs leading up to it and steps inside to be aware of for elderly or those with physical challenges. Great stay and I would stay here again for sure.

The neighborhood was quiet and was easy to get around with walking. The rental was superb. It was easy to access and I always felt like I had plenty of privacy. Tracy responded quickly to an issue I had and got it fixed ASAP. I would gladly recommend this rental and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Stayed for a second time on our way back from Alaska . Steve kindly let us stow one of our cases that we didn’t need just now . It really is a fabulous Airbnb in a beautiful neighbourhood . We certainly loved it .

Superb location in the U-District, private and quiet. Great area including Cowen Park and Herkimer Coffee. Enjoy!

I’ve only stayed at a few BnB’s but this was far and away my favorite. The space doesn’t feel cobbled together as a cash grab, but rather was presented in pristine condition and with really amazing updated features (heated floors, basically everything in the bathroom). We had everything we needed and it felt private. There are some dogs upstairs that make noise from time to time, but even that was mitigated during the communicated quiet hours. Overall a very positive experience and I would book again in a heartbeat.

Carly was a wonderful host that was very communicative. She was very flexible with our check in and checked in on us to make sure everything went smoothly through the process. The space was very clean and looked exactly like the photos.

We had a fabulous stay at Max’s place. It was exactly as described. Place was cozy, clean and convenient! It was a great location within minutes of so many great attractions. Max was so attentive and friendly. The bed in bedroom was so comfortable. Hot tub and spike ball were a bonus for our kids. We loved our stay!

The location was great. The condo was very nice, everything we needed. Great restaurants and bars all in walking distance. Deana was always available. Definitely recommend this place!

Amazing location, so convenient and incredible views. The apartment was lovely too.

Airbnb was in a great central walkable location. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Couple of handy good to know: exit main entrance go left, make left at corner, walk to next corner there is a good convenience store or make the left and 1/2 down the block is a bakery (Macarina) delicious for coffee or light breakfast/lunch. Room itself is basic in decor and furniture. Most importantly the bed was very comfortable and bathroom clean and worked well. The unit had everything we needed nice refrigerator, coffee maker and wash /dryer. The building itself had very nice amenities for a city apartment and security at the front desk. We never felt unsafe walking the area. We Had some of the best communication before and during the stay from the host that we have ever received.

Stayed here for a couple months. Really nicely done basement conversion. The unit is in the back half of the house so there’s no street noise. Also there is a fantastic view of the sound across the street and a great coffee shop within walking distance. The 1 bus line is one block away which makes getting downtown a breeze. Only possible downside for some is that this is an older building with another unit above you so you will sometimes hear footsteps.

This house is incredible. The location is perfect, walking distance to many food and drink spots. There is an amazing coffee shop right on the corner. Sauna and soaking tub are relaxing. The house is clean and organized and has clear instructions. Hosts are helpful and knowledgable. Highly recommend!

Gem of a spot. Jeff put a lot of thought into the design. Bathrooms got heated floors and double shower heads! Shout out Spencer for sharing!

Those was such a great stay. Walkable to restaurants and great area . Would definitely stay again on my next visit to Seattle. Lissmarie thank you for hosting me. cheers
