There is a lot to be said about this beautiful house but if I would have to say one thing, I would say that you are very lucky to have found it and do not miss the opportunity. The house is 5 minutes' walk to the Cathedral. It has a lot of character in its details. More than a house, it's like a mansion. On the ground floor, the private garage, you can park the car safely. The first floor is a giant room, right away the children (and my husband) get excited when watching the billiards! It's amazing! The decor counts a lot of Antonio's travel adventures - even some Chinese paintings and a boat mock-up. On the same floor is also the kitchen and terrace with BBQ, table and hammock. On the second floor there are two rooms. The wedding one is giant with a luxury dressing room, so big that I get lost. There is even a high chair. Kids love the hot tub and I love the elliptical bike. What pure luxury. Thank you very much Antonio!!

We had an amazing weekend at Alberto's house. From the first moment he was an attentive host, friendly and very willing to help us in everything we needed. The house was spotless, very comfortable and equipped with everything you need to disconnect and enjoy. Also, the location was perfect, surrounded by nature and tranquility, ideal for resting. We would definitely recommend your accommodation and repeat the experience. Thank you for everything open!

Our family of three had a great day.The house is especially clean, spacious and bright, the decoration style is cozy, elegant and stylish, although we only stayed for one day, but the living facilities are complete, if time permits, it is suitable for staying for a few more days.The location is just inside the city walls, very convenient to visit anytime day or night.The Host is very patient and meticulous. We arrived very late, and they still rushed over to receive us. Thank you very much.Recommended to stay here when you come to Avila.

The location of the accommodation is amazing, next to the main square. Spacious place. The only downside is that the stairs are a bit narrow to climb and there is no elevator (warned in the ad, so no problem). The building is quite old and you can hear everything, but it has enough security with the codes, so you don't have to worry about the key. To spend a few days in the city, it's perfect. In addition, they left us a small complimentary breakfast, which leads to recommending the apartment even more. For that price, it's amazing!

This is the best Airbnb we have ever rented! The location could not have been better. It was right in the center of the Olde Towne between the cathedral and the Plaza Mayor. The apartment itself was also perfect. It was very clean, well organized, and even had maps and other tourist information for us. Finally, and best of all was our host Lourdes. She was extremely accommodating in helping us with directions, and helpful with some private issues that came up also. Her husband even came over to help, too. They are both fantastic. If you go to Salamanca, rent this apartment.

This apartment is very well located, the area is centrally located, quiet, the bus goes through the street where the apartment is and has a Mercadona one block away. Pablo is very friendly, friendly and was always aware of if we had any questions. The apartment as such was very clean and we had everything we needed to have a good vacation. 100% recommended.

It was a fantastic experience in this apartment. It was worth getting away from Madrid for an hour to wake up in a place like this, where you look out the window and only see trees. The accommodation is very nice, comfortable, spacious and clean. It has everything you need to spend a couple of days in a natural setting, relax and disconnect. The service and communication with Aitor were great. 100% recommended.

Nice place with parking! the apartment is within walking distance of about 15 minutes from the cathedral and has everything you need. The location is quiet. The apartment is well maintained. Communication with the landlord was very good. We felt very comfortable. We would be happy to come back. A bus leaves right outside the front door.

The house has a beautiful view of the mountains, nicer than the pictures show. Around the house is a nice garden, with lots of places to sit. We have seen special birds from the house, such as bee-eaters, the hops and a group of grim vultures. From the house you can take beautiful walks. This location is really recommended!

Yes, but book before going to restaurants and more, the bars close at 4:00 p.m. and don't open until 7:00 p.m. This is on January 11, Saturday. I don't know if it will always be like this

They're lovely hosts! Fernando was attentive to everything from the moment we made the reservation, answering all the questions that came up. He clearly indicated the location of the accommodation and recommended places and restaurants to visit before arrival. The apartment was pristine and cared for in detail. They offered us several recommendations and places to visit in the valley that we listened to and it was a complete success. If we go back, we'll definitely stay here again.
