Hotel vacation rentals in Great Britain

A relaxing beautiful place to put your head down after exploring the beautiful city of Canterbury. This is my second time being at the Hugo. Amazing pub next door and very quiet in the evenings. And amazingly priced for what you get. Am a student so have to be careful with the Penny’s and the Hugo is my go to when I need a place to stay for university.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Motherby House and am so grateful to the hosts, Jacquie and David, for making me feel so welcome. They’re both kind and engaging—and they gave me some great recommendations for places to eat and visit in the area. Breakfast was delicious and Jacquie kindly made me a tasty packed lunch for my hike! I’d be very happy to stay here again.

El lugar es hermoso, la vista muy bonita, tiene lo necesario, solo para descansar en lugar muy bello. A pasos del muelle. La zona es pequeña y los restaurantes locales cierran temprano. En general muy bonito. Sin duda nos volveríamos a hospedar ahí.

Logement conforme à la description et confortable, hôte accueillante. L'emplacement est idéal si vous souhaitez prendre le ferry mais il n'y a pas grand chose d'autre à côté. Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Mary

Sonja’s BnB was perfect for what I wanted - just a single night stay to attend an event close by - and Sonja herself was helpful and polite and we had a lovely chat over breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

Both Alan and Hilary were amazing. Lovely couple. Couldn’t do enough for us. Offered to dry our clothes when we got wet and made a pot of tea to warm us up. Then made a lovely breakfast in the morning. Very highly recommend. Would definitely go again. Short walk to high street. We loved our stay. Many thanks to Hilary and Alan x

Our time at Delny Glamping was, arguably, too short. I think it was easily our childrens' favourite place to stay during our last visit to Scotland. At first, I was a little concerned by the concept of glamping with a 4 and a 2 year old, but our kids thought the tight quarters - especially the adorable separate bedroom of the Wheesht house - was really fun. We got really lucky with the weather and were able to enjoy grilling and dining outside, enjoyed making a fire at night in the center cannopy while it rained. Our kids were constantly going between the playground and visiting the animals... it really had everything a family could want! Paul, the host, was also incredibly friendly and supportive with whatever questions and needs we had. All in all, if our next Scotland adventure takes us up the NC500 again, we will be back!

We booked a hotel last minute in London and we were so pleased to get such a nice apartment which was very modern, clean and well spaced. The location was near Chancery Lane tube station with the central line so that was good, however there wasn’t really much at all near the apartment which was slightly disappointing. Felt like a lot of offices so a few cafes closed. The host on reception who greeted us was lovely and really helpful. Would have preferred check in to be earlier than 3pm but overall a really nice stay and the apartment itself was lovely.

What a beautiful find! A really well presented, perfectly clean and tidy place to stay. Hot tub was ready for when we got there and checked throughout. Everything included that you’d need including towels, a few washing pods and dishwasher tablets. The added body wash, shampoo and conditioner and bottle of wine was a lovely addition. Didn’t use the facilities on site but looks like there’s a good amount and the staff we did speak to were lovely. Will absolutely be returning :)

Un séjour parfait, où l'on a l'impression que le temps s arrête tellement le lieu est paisible et reposant . Le logement est propre , conforme à la description. Catherine est aux petits soins et également un atout indéniable de cette location.

I booked this hotel for my wife and daughter as they were meeting some friends nearby. They thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Friendly, helpful, staff. Room was very clean. Bed extremely comfortable.

We’ll come back again next time we plan a trip to London 😊

Lovely stay, sat with a great outlook over the lake and the staff where outstanding really friendly, one of our party was gluten free and the restaurant staff knew the menus without the usual, let me just check ….

My wife and had had a fantastic stay at David's with our two sausages dog. Lovely big garden for the dogs to explore and felt right at home. beautiful setting and very quiet at night. There are so many great places to visit nearby and David was really helpful recommending places to go. He was easy to get hold of and really enhanced our trip with his local knowledge. The lodge was lovely inside and we really enjoyed relaxing at the lodge after a day exploring the beautiful nature Norfolk has to offer. Would definitely stay again.

Claudine was the perfect host, adding value at every turn. We were made to feel special as guests and I’ll always return there if ever in Lynmouth again

I had a late check-in that was fine and appreciated. Good safe off-road parking. As soon as I opened the door to the stairs that access the apartment a wonderful fresh fragrant smell surrounds you. It’s really is lovely. Everything was as I remembered. It’s beautifully decorated with flair and style and a good size bedroom with lots of hanging space. The bathroom is large and a fantastic rain forest shower. Lovely stay, thankyou.

Host was really helpful and responsive, very accommodating. Made check in very easy. The place is very cosy and the hot tub was lovely! Had everything we needed and really enjoyed our stay! The bed was comfy too, would definitely stay again. I stifled to find the car park but I rang my host and they quickly explained where to go

Absolutely wonderful! Beautiful location and accommodation. Mark is a fantastic host and goes above and beyond to make your stay special. The lodges are impeccable- lovely setting and lots of homely touches. Couldn’t recommend more!
