Excellent accommodation for our family of 7 with plenty of space and spare bedrooms with good local amenities and a beach close by. Only setback was the closure of the free public car park close by on the bank holiday which led to searches for space as close to the house as possible. This didn’t change our view of this excellent accommodation

A lovely quiet and comfy place in a great location, convenient for the town and beach and also going further afield. The sunny garden was a real bonus . Helpful, responsive host to any queries.

Had a fantastic couple of days! Vicky was very helpful with our plans for the weekend; chatting through options and generously picking us up and dropping us off to really facilitate our weekend. She was incredibly flexible, friendly and generous- even lending us an extra pair of waterproof trousers! Super grateful! We will be back- maybe with the kids in the summer! We had a fantastic stay at Coedfa House! Our group included five adults, a toddler, and three dogs, and the house suited us perfectly. The property is absolutely stunning—from the beautifully maintained gardens to the elegant and thoughtfully chosen furnishings. The photos truly don’t do it justice. It’s clear that Beth has poured a great deal of care and attention into creating a luxurious and welcoming space. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, with comfortable beds and all the essentials you could possibly need. A special highlight for us was the selection of toys available for our three-year-old, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected bonus. Access to the swimming pool and gym at The Waterloo Hotel was another fantastic perk. The location is ideal, tucked away up a quiet hill for peace and privacy, yet just a 15-minute walk from the town centre. The town offers a variety of restaurants and Swallow Falls is also just a 10-minute away. We would recommend staying!

We had a lovely stay for 2 nights at the cottage. The hosts Jan and Annekke were very welcoming, fun and friendly people and made us feel at home. The 2 dogs were also lovely! We paid the £25 for the hot tub and it was lovely. The water was freshly changed and the temperature was amazing. We celebrated my birthday with my Wife and 3 kids in there! The place was clean and the beds were very comfy so we all had good sleeps. WIFI was strong for the phones and gadgets. The location was peaceful and secluded and beautiful all around, my only gripe which is not really to do with the hosts was the 2nd day was rainy and there is not a lot to do in that area of wales so we ended up driving 2.5 hours north to snowdonia for caves etc. On a sunny day I'm sure there is a lot more to do in the area.

Had a wonderful stay with my partner and baby. This was the first couple of days away with a 6 month old, we were very apprehensive but needn’t have been as the cottage was perfect and we were well catered for. Also perfectly placed for Whitby, Scarborough and Robin Hoods Bay. A massive thank you to the family who run the cottages, we hope we can return soon!

Perfect location! The apartment is on a quiet street near many walkable coffee shops and dining. Also, it’s a nice walk to other popular locations like the Royal Mile and Dean’s Village. The hosts were great - very helpful and responsive. The apartment is very nice. The apartment looks like the pictures, has an adorable outdoor space, and includes all the amenities listed. My husband, friends, and I would stay here again during our next visit!

We had a lovely stay at the Loft. Just a short drive from the A1 motorway but in beautiful countryside and a great base for exploring the Yorkshire dales.

We had a fabulous stay at Helen’s apartment. She was a wonderful host, very responsive, apartment was spotless clean and very comfortable: great facilities and modern, walking distance from Sainsbury’s and we had a lovely meal in Dog and Beck would highly recommend staying here

Sheila’s place was a peaceful haven. Such an ideal place for discovering the magnificent landscape of Torridon and beyond. Sheila’s place is well appointed and extremely comfortable. We wouldn’t hesitate to return if opportunity arose.

What a real gem of a find. We felt right at home from the minute we arrived. We didn’t need for anything, a nice comfy bed, lovely clean shower room and the living room and kitchen area had everything we needed. A real bonus was the beautiful courtyard area to sit in and the peaceful location. Local walks a plenty and restaurants within a short stroll was a bonus too. We may well be back next time we’re up visiting relatives nearby! Thank you Simon & Pam

Sweet cottage with a lovely fireplace to take the chill off the rainy weather. Horses to watch out the front door, a couple of mallards came to the door and Rosie the owner was lovely. The fresh strawberries were a treat. A lovely stay.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lyme Regis! The house is brilliantly located a short walk from the centre of town and had everything we needed for our family (2 adults & 3 teenagers) to have a little mini-break over the Easter holidays. We particularly enjoyed being able to access beautiful walks and great restaurants without needing to use the car. We're already planning our next trip!

No need to look any further for a place to stay in St. Andrews! THIS IS THE ONE! We had the best stay here! Location was perfect and we walked around everywhere during our 3 days here. This place is spotless and so well maintained - it has everything you need! We played golf everyday and soaked in the hot tub under the stars every single night. Surreal experience sitting in the hot tub and watching the seagulls fly over knowing you’re just a few blocks from the Old Course! Bedrooms were spacious and don’t get me started on the showers! They were luxurious and impressive! The living room couches are comfy and we opened the massive sliding door every night to watch TV and listen to the wind and light rain. Such a peaceful place! We will be back here on our next trip! 10 stars! Thank you Katy!

We loved staying at Caroline's! We (family of 4 with a 7yo & 1yo) stayed with friends (2 adults & 2yo + dog) for a long weekend. The house was beautiful inside and out- even better than the description and photos! It was clean, with a well-stocked Kitchen (cafetiere, scissors, peeler), and Caroline had even left us some biscuits. The girls had a great time playing in the garden and with Maddie (Caroline's dog) who would make regular appearances. Caroline was so friendly and even made some recommendations for walks. The cows in the field nearby were a great distraction for the girls too. Our youngest kids were a bit small to go for long walks but there were still plenty of shorter walks and playgrounds nearby plus a garden centre with soft play. We had a lovely, lovely time! Caroline didn't forget any little touches, like cushions for the outdoor chairs and TV with Sky etc.

The Moray coast is generally dry and there are lots of gorgeous beaches and great places to eat. The flat is peaceful, very well stocked and has lots of useful wee extra touches. Fabulous view from sitting room over the harbour. One floor up is perfect for the views.

A great little seaside getaway. Perfect for my partner and I, our wee pooch also loved it. We’ll definitely be back!

We all thought it was a wonderful place to stay, felt like the perfect balance between a little bit of luxury and the comfort of being at home. James was really helpful and responsive - not that I needed to ask for much. It was especially great for me to stay somewhere with a properly equipped kitchen, as most places lack the cutlery, pans and cupboard items you usually don't pack.

Great location, we were always 15-30 mins walk away from everything we wanted to do. The place was very clean. Paul provided clear instructions so we had no issues finding the place, or getting inside. It was very quiet, could barely hear traffic noise or people. Would recommend to those who don’t want to be in the hustle and bustle of downtown!
